Bartender was rude, I simply requested a toasted almond. Rather the bartender admiting he didn't known his craft/ nor how to make the drink. He gave this irritated look & asked what is that? Rather than try to tell someone how to do the their job. I declined on receiving anything. The bartender made no effort to try & look up the drink, the information should've been listed somewhere behind the bar. Yet, the bartender made the statement & then turned & walked away. The owner/ employer should not hire incompetent ppl. As a bartender, every drink under the sun should be basic knowledge!

The night club at Paradise was fantastic, I would one like to say security is on point from when you walk in, as we'll their doing their tours in the facility. I want to thank them as well. The bar staff is very respectful as well Attentive due to their being a lot of people at the bar. I give them credit. As for the rest of the staff members, thank you.

It’s an alright place, I’ve been many times over the years. The longtime staff are great, usually at the start of the season they’ll have a couple rude ones working there but they seem to disappear after a little time. I usually manage to have fun here. As far as the decor it could use a bit of a renovation, the bathrooms could be a lot cleaner. The regular bartenders are good.

Front of the house: Excellent. Door staff was very professional AND friendly ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Inside Bar: ordered top shelf. Got what we paid for.. bar staff was great. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
POOL BAR ( Side closest to stairs) ZERO STARS We ordered thefirst round of TOP SHELF (Goose+)...First drink worth every premium penny including 30% tip.
Second round my husband ordered..it was awful. Brought it back to see if the slim male male bartender could fix his watered down drink. His reply was EXACTLY this. " There is alcohol in there, but now your going to get it the way I should have made it and it will be less alchohol"... to teach me a lesson.
Dude, you're a summer, weekend bartender at someone else's business... have some respect for the owner and the customers.... oddly enough the second drink was better ???.. BUT we left BECAUSE of THAT ONE BARTENDER and his terrible attitude..We went to Watermark.
To the owner. I hope this feedback helps. The five star rating is because it's not your fault that that bartender is bad at his job..and so you are aware of his work attitude. You can find a MUCH better employee than that "dude".

Great place, beautiful building and awesome pool. Bartenders are amazing and most of the bouncers are really chill! Great bar/ club atmosphere and always playing good music!
Last night I paid for several drinks with my card and I didn't tip and they charged my card even though I put 0.00. Only American music and old songs. Latin music and many new songs from records that can be played.

I would never recommend this place to anyone. Music is terrible not blended properly Drinks are watered down Bathrooms are absolutely beyond disgusting ... Sooo dirty... Sooo smelly... The carpets everywhere does not help, everything smells so damp. Everyone's half naked like it's a seggs club Hot mess

This place is so gross. They have a unisex bathroom with a bunch of stalls but the men get piss all over the toilet seat. I gagged wiping off pee on the seat and still decided to squat over the toilet. Security is rude. Went to throw out a plastic cup in the trash by the touch tube juke box and a staff member yelled at me to MOVE OUT WAY. Denied my one friend a drink as soon as we got in and she was sober. Told us one person to a lounge chair by the pool. This place feels like more of a boot camp than a club

Last month we filed assault charges against this club and their unlicensed hotel security staff. My husband and I were at at the pool tea dance on June 2nd which was Pride weekend and it was completely overcrowded and there was hardly anywhere to stand. First hotel security staff came over to me and told me to move without telling me where they wanted me to go since the area was completely overcrowded and when I didn’t comply they forcibly grabbed me and threw me outside of the club onto the ground. Moments later my husband was told by hotel security staff to move as well without being told where they wanted him to go and when he didn’t comply they forcibly grabbed him and threw him outside of the club onto his head. No one should ever be treated in such an awful manner. As a previous resident of this town for over 5 years and a frequent regular at this club I will never be going back here.

The staff was nice and I feel bad giving a low rating. I just wanted to check it out and for a cover charge of $10, I thought it would have had more going on. I left in about 15 minutes
