Pascal & Sabine Reviews
Great drinks and atmosphere! The food is always amazing! Consistently delicious. The service is wonderful from the moment you walk in to the moment you leave.
We made an impromptu stop at @pascalandsabine in Asbury Park, NJ over the weekend and I'm SO glad we did! Best Coq au Vin ever! Fall off the bone goodness. Lovely chocolate Easter basket for dessert.

Pascal & Sabine is a charming restaurant that offers an exceptional dining experience with excellent service. The menu features a variety of delectable dishes, including escargot, French onion soup, duck, steak, beet salad, halibut fish and chips, and seared scallops. The restaurant is renowned for its standout soups and beignets. The prices are in the four-figure range, but the quality of the food and drink justifies the cost. Customers describe the atmosphere as elegant, relaxing, and buzzing, with perfect music. The service is consistently praised as attentive and knowledgeable, making it an excellent choice for special occasions or a memorable meal.
The restaurant is praised for its outstanding raw oysters from Prince Edward Island in Canada, fresh and meaty tiger shrimp with a nice cocktail sauce and lemon, and the Madame Smith burger with a thick ground brisket patty and hand-cut fries. The brandade croquettes with a thin crispy outer shell and a warm fish interior, accompanied by a creamy/tart sauce, are also a highlight. The fromage du jour, a selection of four different cheeses that complement the nice French bread, is another customer favorite.
The food and service are consistently outstanding, with special thanks to the servers Mackensie, Phil, and Maria for their attentiveness, knowledge, and help in ensuring a great dining experience.
