This was the first time we’ve had dinner at Pascal and Sabine, and we were impressed from start to finish. The garlic soup was superb, and the classic coq au vin was a coq au WIN! Staff and ambiance was exactly what we wanted for a nice night out, and our server, Jason, was delightful and knowledgeable. He recommended the Pot De Crème for dessert, which we loved.
Will be back for sure!

I recently hosted my 40th birthday at Pascal and Sabine and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing! The entire experience was seamless, from the planning and booking with Taylor, through hosting my friends and family the day of. Herbie, Jenna and Jace were the fabulous team onsite that day, and wow. A true hospitality dream team. I couldn’t thank them enough! So attentive and always a step ahead to make sure everyone was attended to, and things were moving along smoothly. We hosted a brunch and the food was fresh and delicious, and all guests left full and satisfied! I would recommend anyone to host their next event with this wonderful team! Thank you!

I absolutely love this restaurant so much! My husband and I had our wedding in the back room with farm tables for our ~20 guests and it was magical. The ambiance, the food, the service (shout out Herbie!) was spectacular. We felt like we were in our own little world for a few hours. I really appreciated Taylor, the event planner’s, communication and good vibes while planning with me. Can’t wait to celebrate more dates, anniversaries and other special occasions!!

We have been long term patrons. Today’s brunch was what I would describe at okay. Why? Service seems to have declined. One food item did not arrive as ordered. Second round of drinks seemed to be too complicated. A glass of wine and cup coffee were requested. They arrived after the food was gone and milk for the coffee forgotten, nor a spoon to stir. Smith has always prided themselves on service, hence my post. This is not what is normally expected. Is it busy, somewhat for a brunch, but attention to detail is missing. We won’t give up on the place, but will be paying close attention.
Dining here has become a tradition for us every time we arrive in Asbury Park. The food is consistently excellent, and they’ve curated what I believe to be one of the best, if not the best, wine lists in town. The atmosphere is elevated by the fantastic music playing over the sound system, which always adds to the experience. I always pick up something new to listen to here. It's the perfect spot to kick off our time in Asbury Park.

My partner and I have been coming here for the past few years and its been lovely, but everything changed in our opinion... We were overly greeted by a manager that must be new, as we have never seen him before with his repulsive accent and his constant sniffing and appeared to be on something, I believe his name is Jayce? Jace? I'm not sure of the spelling and honestly it doesn't matter. After being seated, my partner got up to use the restroom and was offered services that weren't on the menu by this staff member. We were both shocked and will be staying away from this establishment.
