Pascale & Sabine is the perfect restaurant for celebrating a special moment. Our experience was truly phenomenal! The food was spectacular and the ambience is just superb. Our server, Jenna, was simply outstanding and brought the entire experience to the next level. She was incredibly knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. She went above and beyond to make our celebration extremely memorable. We will continue to come back - celebration or not - to enjoy a truly special evening.

We dined here on New Year’s Eve and were disappointed with my husband’s steak. It was extremely tough, especially for a $68 dish, and only one bite was taken. My husband is not one to complain or send food back, so it was particularly disappointing that the issue wasn’t acknowledged. Given that the steak was barely touched, we would have expected the server to ask if everything was okay.
While the cocktails were excellent and our server was otherwise kind, it was frustrating to pay full price for a dish that went uneaten. We understand times are tough, but at this price point, we expected the situation to be handled differently.

This on again off again place is definitely in an on again at the moment. I have been going for years. It has a great vibe, great service, incredible libations, energetic, and maybe the best burger and wedge fries ever. I do miss the original large mushroom tart that was on home made dough and not plain phyllo but it is still delicious. This is a must go for anyone coming to Asbury Park.

Really nice place for drinks and good food. The atmosphere inside is very nice and updated. The quality and taste of the food is excellent. They have a nice selection of cocktails. The prices are high though. This is a place for meeting up with friends on a night out.

Comfy vibe. Tasty food though on the higher end of price for NJ, but that may be because of the Yuppies in Asbury Park. Enjoyed the live music from a trio playing smooth jazz versions of American songbook. Service was attentive enough. A bit too loud; was seated among the 2-seats along the wall. Will come again if opportunity arises.
Went on a weekday, day before Thanksgiving.
Pay your street parking. My friend ignored the signs and got hit with $50.

The service truly made this place unforgettable! Our server knew exactly what to suggest, sharing a little story for each dish along with perfect pairings. I was thoroughly impressed with their cocktails, mussels, and the French onion soup. The escargots didn’t wow me as much, as I’ve had nicer versions elsewhere, yet the outstanding service made us want to turn this into our regular date-night spot!

Just last month we had a surprise birthday party that was in a private room with the farm table. The service and head waiter Herbie was exceptional and very attentive throughout the whole night and even let us stay past the hours we reserved. The food was phenomenal and they modified dishes for our guests that had food allergies. The event sales manager Taylor was amazing and we will definitely book another event here soon!

We'll be returning again this Monday for our anniversary. This is our go to never fail celebration place. Steak Tartare & Moule Frites for the hubby, french onion and pot de creme changing up the entree!~ The wines are always delectable, the service impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and romantic. We always recommend this place to anyone looking for a dining EXPERIENCE!

We went to Pascal & Sabine to celebrate our anniversary, and it was absolutely perfect. This restaurant has been one of our longtime favorites, and once again, it did not disappoint.
Our server, Phil, was excellent — attentive, warm, and genuinely made our evening feel special. We tried a few new dishes along with our usual favorites, and everything was delicious. From the atmosphere to the service to the food, every detail was spot on.
