This was the first time we’ve had dinner at Pascal and Sabine, and we were impressed from start to finish. The garlic soup was superb, and the classic coq au vin was a coq au WIN! Staff and ambiance was exactly what we wanted for a nice night out, and our server, Jason, was delightful and knowledgeable. He recommended the Pot De Crème for dessert, which we loved.

Will be back for sure!

I recently hosted my 40th birthday at Pascal and Sabine and I must say, the experience was nothing short of amazing! The entire experience was seamless, from the planning and booking with Taylor, through hosting my friends and family the day of. Herbie, Jenna and Jace were the fabulous team onsite that day, and wow. A true hospitality dream team. I couldn’t thank them enough! So attentive and always a step ahead to make sure everyone was attended to, and things were moving along...

I absolutely love this restaurant so much! My husband and I had our wedding in the back room with farm tables for our ~20 guests and it was magical. The ambiance, the food, the service (shout out Herbie!) was spectacular. We felt like we were in our own little world for a few hours. I really appreciated Taylor, the event planner’s, communication and good vibes while planning with me. Can’t wait to celebrate more dates, anniversaries and other special occasions!!
