Had a craving for vodka sauce and found this gem! Location is central, atmosphere is welcoming, staff is friendly and food is delicious. The concept is excellent and you can create your own dish based on what you are in the mood for. You can add ingredients or substitute which is awesome! The vodka sauce was rich and had a little kick to it which I really liked. The restaurant is super clean and bright which is always a plus. My only suggestion would be to make sure you like pasta al dente because that’s what they serve …. Nothing mushy and overcooked is this place.
