We traveled 2 1/2 hours for a beach day and ended it with a Playa Bowl in Asbury which is a summer tradition. But we almost missed out! Location was closed by 6:00 pm on 9/21/24! We were in disbelief! We got there at 6:10pm. We begged and pleaded and “Jimmy” made it happen!!! World class service with a smile!!! What an amazing person you are “Jimmy”! Thanks for ending our summer with such class!!!!! There should be more people like you in this world!!! Safe Travels!!!!
This was my first visit. The atmosphere was lovely. The weather was great. The establishment was very busy. However, the cashier was very pleasant and was able to manage the busyness with style. I ordered an eighth Avenue and it was delicious and tasted better than I imagined. I would definitely go there again.
I go by the Jersey shore all the time and I love their refreshing bowls. Very good for when you’re on the beach and need to cool down.
