I ordered a custom cake for my husband's 60th birthday and it was AMAZING! The box was actually heavy and when we cut into it I understood why. It was 3 layers! Absolutely delicious. We couldn't have bought something like this in a grocery store for the same price and quality. Matt took my order and he went the extra mile to be sure it was perfect. Thanks!

Great place to have in town. You can order online and pick up the next day. Orders are always accurate, foods always fresh, and staff is always friendly. I'll order a cake and desserts anytime I'm hosting guests and then pick up some fresh bread at check out.

Lost a customer. Clerk told me rudley “am I going to buy something because she was busy†I was asking about the pastries because I was interested. I felt like an inconvenience for asking questions.
Bread was good but the pastry was not. Sfogliatille was gummy and undercooked - I tried two different times

Short version: Red Rose Bakery is a good bakery shop that is not only bringing some pastries and desserts to Bangs Avenue but also fresh baked bread loaves as well other bakery goods. Nice shop atmosphere as well as clean also, I am looking forward to seeing more of RRB in the future...I like what I see! The Deets: While at the barber shop this past week, I heard the guys going on about the new bakery on Bangs Avenue and how much they liked it. I decided to give Red Rose Bakery a try from what I heard. Apparently this location is their second shop within the area. When walking in, you'll find a nice sided shop, clean and tidy, with a good sized display case full of their creations. The wall behind is full of baskets of the loaves they made fresh there at RRB as well. There is a small sitting area if you'd like to enjoy some of their treats there instead of taking them home. They have many things to enjoy at RRB, including but not limited to cookies, cupcakes, pies, custom cakes, and as I had mentioned above freshly made loaves of bread to take home and enjoy. I sampled their red velvet cupcake and it was nice...moist and great tasting. I also had a chocolate chip cheesecake square that was very nice as well. I took home a loaf of the sliced rye bread. It's not marbled with grain and not dark as some rye breads I've seen but very fresh and delicious, perfect for sandwiches. In all, I like what Red Rose Bakery is bringing to AP from what I saw/tasted and I am a fan!
