Ordered Hendricks G&T received something else. It wasn't terrible but not what I ordered. The so called authentic Irish coffee was terrible, had whip cream from a can, that's not how it's done. The food was fine. Normally my experience there has been good other than being too loud to hear the other guests you are with.

Excellent food, great cocktail menu, friendly service. The one negative is the noise level - too loud even in the tea room which is quieter than main rooms. The house music plays loud enough to force people to pretty much shout just to talk to their own party, so the result is a fun but loud experience

Fish & Chips were not great, batter way too thick. The Cordon bleu sandwich was so greasy, not a fan. Our sever told us the Bloody Mary's were delicious, they were horrible! Tasted like a salt bomb of tomato juice. We will not be returning, ever!

We really enjoyed celebrating our friends special weekend with Black Swan. The food from the Brie and crackers to our main courses were excellent. Best Prime Rib ever. We even had the opportunity to try the Cider Well mocktail and as far as non-alcoholic drinks go, this was delicious. We would highly recommend Black Swan for any special occasion or simple date night dinner.

service was OUTSTANDING. our server was knowledgeable, attentive and so nice. we had our own little room off to the side, which was awesome. drinks and food were delicious. will definitely be back when we're in the asbury area.

Lovely dinner this evening! Service from Andres was exemplary, he made us feel like the only people in the room and was especially accommodating towards our daughter who's a picky eater. Food was delicious, we started with the scotch egg and steak bites, then had two Oktoberfest-themed specials- beef goulash and pork schnitzel. I managed a German restaurant many years ago and these dishes took me all the way back. Desserts with a Black Forest cheesecake and sticky toffee pudding which were both sinfully decadent. The manager, Justine, stopped by our table a couple of times to check in on us and made us feel like VIP's. We can't wait to go back!

Place had wonderful ambiance but hostess staff barely paid me any attention and almost allowed a large party ahead of me to assist when seating, was I invisible to her? And when they initially sat me to a table the table was dirty, I was thrown off and I'm assuming the manager realized my emotions and cleaned the table and gave my table silverware. Emily was an amazing waitress but I could not hear her very well with the live music happening that was extremely loud and distracting. The food was great, the portion sizes for appetizers could be a little bigger but I digress.

Delicious haddock fish and chips, with just a touch of curry.(?) Chicken salad sandwich is a favourite. Sat in the Tea room because we're tired of the loud summer crowds. Perfect drinks and ambiance. Exterior is being restored so scaffolding is blocking the people watching, otherwise a great looking place.

Had high hopes, and online looked interesting and atmospheric. The kitchen needs improvement. From cold food to tasteless. Not to mention they were out of our first two choices for entrees.
From entrance to exit this place was great. We were early so we had a drink at the bar. The staff were very attentive.
I had the caccio de peppe and the hubs had fish and chips. The pasta was good and fish and chips were too much bread ding. Our friends ordered the pasta and the pork chop. Zero complaints. You must have the nice pear martini and porn star martini. Yummmmo.
