My boyfriend and I literally ran here to get a Domesticated Dad sandwich. We were down the shore for the weekend as we do once a summer, and did not know that they had moved locations. A 3 mile run turned into a 6 mile jog and it was all worth it for these outstanding breakfast sandys. Tried out the Pete and Rob this time, and they were just the medicine we needed for the 2 mile walk back. We were sad that they had run out of crumb cake as we think it's the best we have ever had, but happy that others think so as well. Not to mention the personalized touch on each bag. The owners wife even remembered us from last year. Get out and support this place!!

We ordered catering from Domesticated Dad for our twins' christening luncheon since we (obviously) couldn't do our previously-booked indoor dining for the celebration. I called somewhat last minute...less than 2 weeks in advance... and Jennie was more than accommodating! They provide EVERYTHING - the racks, sternos, serveware, and really cool wooden presentation dishes and platters that look great. They also do all signage to label each food item for your guests and even provided chalkboard signs. They'll even ask your party theme to make sure the labels and any other details match your theme. This was perfect for us since we were going to be at the church immediately before the brunch so we couldn't do any food setup ourselves. They came into the back yard while we were gone and had it looking perfect by the time we got back to the house! And besides everything looking awesome, the food was phenomenal. Anything baked that comes out of this place is heavenly! Highly recommend for all catering needs, it was the most worry-free catering I've ever done (and we have tented parties in our back yard a couple times a year). Will definitely use them again! Thanks guys!

Wow!!!! This place has some of the best Pork Roll Egg and Cheese I’ve ever had!!! Owners are very friendly and welcoming and make the sandwich to perfection! Definitely coming back!

Wish I didn’t have to give stars since I didn’t get to have the food but definitely wanted to leave a note letting people know that the business/chef is not adhering to COVID state protocols. We walked here to find a sign on the door saying ‘no mask...no problem’ and could see through the door that the chef was not wearing one. It’s the business’ choice not to follow public health recommendations but people should also know ahead of time that the people making your food aren’t taking your safety seriously.

Dining or taking out from The Domesticated Dad is not just about the amazing food you will have, although a very big highlight. It is also about the customer service and instant family bond that Mike and Jenn create with their patrons. They learn your name and know you the next time your in. They take the time to talk to your kids and learn their favorite foods and are even accommodating to them if they may not enjoy something a certain way. Also I would be doing a great injustice to you and them if I did not mention the desserts. The crumb cakes and brownies are OUTRAGEOUS! If I sound bias, I am. I have been a customer for 2 1/2 years and my family and I look forward to our meals there.

We went this past Sunday for breakfast and not only was the food wonderful, but the friendly atmosphere was so lovely and it really made our whole experience delightful. We ate the special corned beef hash with egg and it was perfect - a little salty and so tender and with the egg, it was delicious. They also will make any omelet that you like, and my son had a pork roll and cheese omelet that was really filled and cooked perfectly. Go and enjoy!
