Came on a Monday around 3 for food & they were closed, no sign or anything
They need to clean the place. Haitian restaurants usually are clean...
Amazing food, first time trying Haitian food. Fast service and good food. Spinach stew, pork, and rice/beans are amazing.

Bad experience ever ?. The food is nasty. They don't know how to cook. Madness took me to buy one. And they are expensive. If someone you go to NJ I do not advise you to go to such a restaurant. Chicken are tasteless.

Nice food
I had the delicious chicken curry. I highly recommend the bean sauce; over rice so pillowy and bright it reminded me of the clouds in the Sistine Chapel.

Poor condition food .Salty foods and one example of finding bugs or flies in cassava expired no one pay attention to expired goods and they still selling them without regard for the health of others
Stopped in for lunch and they had a good selection of choices to pick from. I got the griot with sweet plantain and rice and peas. My husband likes all his food moist with sauce so we got some gravy from the chicken in sauce and it was so good. Good amount of heat in the sauce and the meat was fresh and not tough. The rice was fluffy and light and the plantains were a perfect match to the meat.We also got 2 chicken patties and 2 beef patties and they were ok. The meat to pastry ratio is off so you end up eating more pastry than meat which is disappointing. The meat had great flavor but they should make it smaller so the meat stands out more. The dough was buttery and flaky and had a good bite.Overall, it was a good experience. The customer service was a bit dry but polite.I would definitely go back to try more things and would recommend this spot for authentic Haitian food.
