Went to Watermark for the first time with close friends this past week before a concert at the Stone Pony. The drinks were perfectly balanced. Service was great. The food was executed so beautifully. The outdoor rooftop space is casual/comfortable and the inside offers high end lounge vibes. You can spend hours here enjoying every minute of time with loved ones and friends. We will definitely be back!

I just left this place celebrating a friend's birthday. They kick out other 2 friends for being tired! Absurd and more! Im not sure why this happened it was so confusing and crazy. Im definitely not coming back. Nothing special about this place. First time and last. You should get a better policy for your place. You cant kick 2 ppl out for not doing anything. BS!!

Last night I had roughly 30 friends meet me at Watermark for my birthday. Many living local were there for the first time. Everyone was blown away by the space. Kristy & Michelle took care of everyone and that couldn’t have been easy. Everyone was raving about the food! We had a great night so grateful for the experience.
We did have a situation with the manager on duty, he spoke to one senior woman in the party completely unprofessional. Granted we did make an error and she did apologize, heck we all did. He had No couth whatsoever. Many of the attendees were floored. Some that witnessed the situation decided to leave even a party next to us of 4 women from NY. Decided not to give Watermark any more of the $.
Now granted I have been many time to this establishment and never had a problem. I’m grateful for all that they provide and I will return.

Worst place ever they are very mean security guards, especially the causausion guy with the pony tail and the heavy set bald guy they very disrespectful .they treat colored people like crap drinks are not affordable and the managers don't want to answer questions I wouldn't recommend this place the bouncers curse of customers
No entry after midnight even though they were clearly stilly open for another 2 hours

Unfortunately, my experience at this place was far from great. Our server, Kristy, seemed uninterested from the moment we sat down. She was inattentive, forgot part of our order, and had an attitude when we politely asked for corrections. Drinks took forever, and the food came out cold. We barely saw Kristy after that—no refills, no check-in, nothing. It felt like we were bothering her just by being there.
I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was a genuinely frustrating visit. Definitely not the level of service anyone should expect. Won’t be coming back.

Best place to have drink and lounge if you are in Asbury park. The views of the beach from rooftop are spectacular. The drinks are good and wallet friendly, the music they play is definitely something anyone would vibe to. A place with Good vibes good food good scenery is the place to be
