I really wanted to love this place..It has the potential to be a fun, beachy, dog-friendly spot. But unfortunately, I’ve been twice now, and both times I’ve left feeling uncomfortable due to the owner’s unnecessarily rude and condescending attitude. I’m not someone who writes reviews or complains easily, but her behavior has consistently made me and others around me feel unwelcome. It’s disappointing, especially in a place that should feel laid-back and friendly. I will not be returning to this establishment.

So my friend and I were at the Wonder Bar Saturday afternoon between 1ish-2ish. We originally wanted to go to McLoone's but it was a 2 hour wait. We had never been to the Wonder Bar, so we decided we'd check it out!
We walked in and right away I saw this woman eating some sort of chicken, and it smelled delicious. I was going to order the same thing but after waiting for 20 minutes with no one coming to speak or help us, my friend decided she wanted to leave. I gave them the benefit of the doubt but when 4 other groups walked in and helped right away we were annoyed... And HUNGRY!
Unfortunately it made us feel we were not being helped due to our race and skin tones. Very disappointing.

Wonderful place for a drink, burger and some live entertainment. A recent sunny afternoon in November was a perfect day to have lunch. I sat at the bar with my back to the sun, and the beer was cold, the bartenders friendly, and the cheeseburger was cooked to perfection. My only gripe was I asked for a thick slice of raw onion and was given a sliver of onion. To his credit, the bartender went into the kitchen to get more but came out with another sliver. Otherwise, it was a great experience. I'm looking forward to going back.

I came here to see a band, the place is very cool, the staff is hard working and handles the bad crowd very well. However I feel like the place has the volume too loud for the size of the room and the size of the crowd.
Nevertheless, it's a nice place and you'll feel safe, while enjoying the time here.
