I had called this evening to try and get a gift card mailed to me. I was told by Sherry that I need to call back tomorrow because they were too busy right now.
poor customer service. I have eaten here a couple times in the past and although excellent, this I found was extremely rude and turning away business is not a very good practice for any company.
Got married there over a decade ago and have been coming out ever since. Many restaurants are good businesses and in addition to this, Demos and Jimmie show their passion for what they create.
My fav is shrimp and scallops over pasta in a great cream sauce… steaks are great and Demos is a wizard in the bakery.
we just had an amazing Thanksgiving meal here.food was phenomenal. I highly recommend this place.
