The Chart House is a happening place and the food is well presented and delicious. The prime rib was done perfectly to order. The half Caesar salad with Parmesan bowl was very generous. Our server, Estelle, was attentive and friendly. The level 1 Sommelier was knowledgeable and very nice opening our wine and answering all of our questions. All of the employees we came into contact with were extremely polite and helpful. A First Class adventure in dining overlooking Dana Point...
Our waiter was great! Very attentive and even volunteered to take our picture for us and we didn't even ask!!! The Prime Rib was so good! Thank you for the birthday cake! It made our evening special. Ed and Janie Bailey
We really never complain but our server who shall remain nameless was really not good. She checked on us twice the entire night and only after we had to go find her. I could go on but suffice it to say that an upscale restaurant like Chart House should train their employees. Our driver from the Ritz Carlton told us that the last two couples he took there had a similar experience.
