My wife and I visited Amalthea for the first time on a cold, snowy winter Sunday and were genuinely impressed. Walking in to a wood-burning stove and cozy reception area immediately set the tone. One of the owners personally walked us through the tasting options and then guided us through a thoughtful, unhurried tasting that included grape varieties, wine styles, and the winery’s history. It felt personal, not scripted.

My wife and I just visited the winery for the first time yesterday and we had an outstanding experience. It was a cold, gloomy winter Sunday with snow moving in, and we loved that we walked through the front door to a wood-burning stove and a cozy reception area. It was there we met one of the owners and another staff member and they explained the various options for different flights we could purchase for tasting. Wow! Loved our visit here. The staff are passionate about their work and it shows. Carlos in the tasting room was fantastic to talk to and so knowledgeable. Will definitely be back.
