We went in because it was advertised on tv. All you can eat crabs on Sunday. No such luck. Guess we missed out. Then my wife ordered a bloody mary. She said this was the 2nd worst bloody Mary she has ever had. She ordered the BLT . It was a bacon filled sandwich. OK I had the shrimp, jalapeño cream cheese and bacon wraps. They were also OK. Slaw I got. SUCKED. Not a great experience. Probably won't be back.

Let me start with $7.00 40 oz beers. Doesn't get any better than that! But now to the service they are extremely under staffed. It's takes at least 15 minutes to get the bartenders attention. She is not only the bartender but also the server for all the tables. Overworked! You have to keep asking for her attention when you need something. They do not check on you. There was the bartender Lauren from Firewaters (the location downstairs) who was not working but going behind the bar making her own drinks. She even went in the kitchen and took french fries with her bare hands and brought a handful out to her boyfriend. She clearly said she grabbed them from the fry bowl! GROSS! Then the manager walked out with the chef came back about 10 minutes later and they both reeked of weed! I get it it's legal but come on you're at work! I didn't get her name but you can't miss her she's a taller woman and she high. Perhaps she should think about her staff and properly schedule people when she is straight. Or help out when the bartender is busy with the bar rather than playing on her phone hunched over the counter. The only thing that will bring me back is the price of the beer. I wouldn't recommend getting any food here. Who knows whose filthy hands have been all over it before it gets to you.

Never even got to order. Made reservations for my grandsons 21st birthday with family for dinner and to let him order his first alcoholic beverage and experience the casino. 14 family members came from age 80 great grandparent 60s 40s In other words not a bunch of rowdy young kids When we came in we were told you can go sit back there you’re going to have to wait I’m here by myself. Okay she only had two 2 tops there and no one at the bar. We waited patiently. About 10 minutes later she came back to complain about party size. We told her we spoke to management about coming in. She asked when we called and we told her when they opened at noon (this was 615pm) She says well that’s why .. we can’t get help in that fast. There’s no one in there I don’t know what the problem was. Then she says well let me take your drink order still with huge attitude. We explained we were doing a couple checks. She through her hands down at her side and says you can’t do this to me. Again we already discussed with Evan during the day when they first opened. He explained there would be no problem. She said well you will get things coming out at different times. We said we understood that and it was fine. Then she says well you are going to have to wait because I have other people I need to tend to. Well at that point I got up and walked out. My party stayed still telling her she didn’t need an attitude we were just trying to give my grandson a good time. I finally walked back in while they still haven’t gotten anywhere with her and said to them let’s go I’m not allowing her to wait on me I’ll go elsewhere. At that point all got up and walked out We went to chickie and Pete’s and had the perfect experience we were waiting for. Shame on her. No wonder there were only 2 two tops in there. No one wants to go out and deal with an attitude like that

For the most watched event of the year....Superbowl Sunday = Super Mismanagement$50/person to enter the establishment. For the special event, that is expected. For the lack of planning, preparation and organization, unexpected doesn't even begin to describe the night.Our food for a table of eight didn't come for approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. No exaggeration. Between the hour/ hour 40 mark, I spoke to the manager about the extensive wait for food. It still took another 20 minutes for it to arrive. When it arrived only half of us received our food, which included cold food, incorrect orders, spicey wings instead of honey bbq, and a medium cooked burger instead of med-well with warm meat, chewy bun and cold fries.We ordered drinks that took 30 minutes to get to our table, and this was before the crowd got there. My wife ordered a water, and that took 20 minutes. She then ordered a pitcher of water. She told me not to drink it, because it tasted like dirt, literally.Our entire table stopped drinking before half time, because the wait was ridiculous. At half time, they raised the volume on the tv's. We believe it was done, so they couldn't hear all the complaints.The only reason, I gave the higher number for atmosphere is I was with friends. With the volume so loud from 1/2 time and after we stop talking. Actually we left after the third quarter, because the volume from the tv's took away from the good company of friends.Suggestions to the manager. When customers pay a cover charge and you know it is going to be busy, you should:1. Bring in more servers.2. Put basic cheap munchies in the table and keep refilling them.3. Have a special set menu, like wings, fries, burgers.4. Buspeople to clean up so you don't tie up your servers.After reading other reviews, I know, you will not respond to this review. You only respond to the positive ones. Again, you should try to endear your business to those who have lodged complaints. You should try to make amends. The others will already come back, and bring will probably bring friends. Another reason to support my Super Mismanagement comment.

The food and service was not good. We chose this place because of advertising and Google reviews. We ordered for appetizers boneless chicken wings and mozzarella sticks, the boneless wings was chopped chicken battered and then drenched in sauce very weird, the mozzarella sticks came out warm and the sauce was definitely old it was a very deep dark red color with a sour taste, we both tried one piece of each and did not eat anymore. We ordered the Salmon Cake Platter & the Fish & Chips Platter. The Salmon Cake platter came out with one salmon cake but the menu advertised 2 cakes and the salmon was very dry and cold, the Cod in the Fish & Chips was luke warm as well the fries were an after thought of very thin shoestring like fries not good. The menu advertised that the platters come with tartar sauce which was not on the platters and It took the waitress several minutes to come back to the table to give us the tartar sauce which were 3 packets and the other salmon cake. It wasn’t busy at all we were the only couple at a table and about 6 people sitting at the bar. We took two bites of the food and did not eat the rest. We were very disappointed because we were expecting the food to be great as advertised and what the reviews said. We will never return to this restaurant again.

Stopped by today on Christmas day around 1610 hrs. There was only one African American bartender working in the place and he was very slow and unattentive. Literally waited 25 mins and he never once make eyes contact or acknowledge me and my friend. But he was gonna serve a guy that just walk in 25 mins later and sat next to us. Thats was the last straw. Totally horrible and unacceptable customer service. Would not recommend anyone to come to this place.
