We came to Harrah’s resort and we wanted to sit inside the restaurant at Ac burger but the lady there made us sit outside the restaurant claiming that the inside closed for servants but after 2 seconds she let 2 families to go in. Then I complained and asked the manager to change our seats. The worst happened. They refused in rude ways and never apologized then my family was so upset and we decided to leave without eating there. They never apologized or cared for us ……. The worst service ever I have seen.

Horrible, $23 for a Reuben sandwich, very small, hardly no meat at all, did not even come with fries, you need to pay $10 more for 12 french fries that had no flavor. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Stay away, save money.

This place is the absolute worst. The manager woman with the blond hair and glasses needs an attitude adjustment and to change her face.
Note to fellow vegetarians - convince your meat eating family to eat elsewhere. Save yourself the money and go get a big pizza at Buddy’s.
My wife ordered a Cobb salad with all of the meat removed. She was not informed that the restaurant was out of avocado until the food was dropped at the table and she had to ask for it. When she asked, it looked like the manager rolled her eyes and gave attitude for asking where the avocado was. Essentially, I paid 20 bucks for lettuce, tomato, cucumber, eggs and cheese. If my wife had known there was no avocado at the time of ordering, she would have ordered something else.
I added the platter option to mine and my son’s meal. It was evident that the portion of fries we received was vastly smaller than what the other tables were receiving. When we asked about it, we were told the cooks don’t measure the fries. So essentially some people get what they paid for and others get ripped off. That’s just how it works here.
A server did try to make it right by bringing fries at the end when we were paying the bill, however the manager again rolled her eyes at the resolution the waiter came up with. Just to be clear, I did not ask for money to be taken off the bill, nor did I ask for more food. The waiter came up with the solution.
This is just not a friendly place. They offer over priced, sub-par food and don’t understand what an enjoyable dining experience looks like.
I do not recommend this establishment.
I WILL NOT be returning to this restaurant during any future visit to Harrah’s.

Was here for a work event. Nachos were very good. We had a mix of the hot dog, burgers and chicken sandwiches. All were solid for a meal. Service was quick and friendly during our visit. Give this place a shot if you stay at Harrah’s.

Cook/Burger was excellent. Server/service was below average to poor (just for us, all the attention was going to his other table), never got a re-fill despite an empty cup throughout the entirety of my meal.
was here on a Saturday night around 9pm, had a few burger for the family. burger is average not worth the price. over $100 of 4 burger 2 fries and 2 drink.. the service was lacking also being at a casino location service should be on point. you want customer to come gamble and spend money ,staff was hiding in corner chatting always instead of attending to customer. we came here since Gordon steak was already close.
