Took my wife to Nobu's in AC , for a 48th wedding anniversary dinner Greeted by the service staff with Happy anniversary greeting Server was outstanding ... she provided great menu overall context ..pairing food , beverage and deserts Nobu cocktails old fashion and Mango martini were excellent Spicy tuna with crispy rice , lobster cerviche cold dishes & , Seabass w/ califlower, & miso codfish hot dishes with Brussels sprouts side dish were all perfectly cooked and abundant . Complementary baked Alaska desert and champagne was unexpected .... Will definitely dine there again in the future !
Such a great meal! Our bartender David took such good care of us, very attentive and great conversation. He recommended several menu items for us and all were outstanding. We had originally reserved a lounge table but they were short staffed so we ended up sitting at the bar and it worked out perfectly! Will return! Order the Torodito, SO GOOD!
Our Experience at Nobu was just incredible! Our Waitress did an excellent job at ensuring we had a great experience! We had the Chefs tasting menu and it's was a true foodies heaven !! We would certainly go back and do it all again !! Excellent service NOBU !!
It could have been better. Had to take a couple of times back as it was served cold like our shrimp tempura and our miso soup. Waiter only checked us once and that was to order food. He wanted to get our food in before drinks never came back. Got charged a gratuity fee for 3 people: and waiter only came once. The Brussels sprouts and edamame was the best everything else was over cooked or cold. My friend who was vegan did have options but again her eggplant came out cold and was not impressed
I opted for the premiere seating and was able to enjoy the optimal experience in this fine dining restaurant. The moment you step into Nobu you forget you're in the casino and get invited into this snazzy type realm of exquisite nature. The decor is inviting and the food was indulgent. Service was the cherry on top needed of the perfect dining experience.
Food, outstanding, service outstanding, value, debatable but it's what you expect when you're experiencing a restaurant on this level. Everything was delicious, the sauces especially made the meals, so hard to get right so often.
Amazing experience from start to finish. Service was very attentive. Menu quite varied with great options for drinks as well as desserts. Everything was served fresh and fast. Staff checked in multiple times throughout the meal and very available to explain menu options. Great ambience.
We went here for our Anniversary and noted it in our reservation, with a request for a table with a view. When we arrived we were sat in a room off the main room next to a server station, although one of us could see out the window. The server was lovey and did a great job of explaining the menu. We were a little disappointed that nothing special was done for our occasion: this was the most expensive meal we have ever had and we didn't get anything offered as a comp - like a small amuse bouche, a glass of wine or a dessert - to mark the occasion. The food was very good, but I don't think we would return. For what it costs and what you get it doesn't feel worth it.
Everything was excellent. I am a very basic eater and loved the lobster tempura (which they made for me without the chili flakes). Everyone else loved the many small courses they ate. They all said it was by far the best sushi they had ever had.
Service was excellent and staff were knowledgeable about the entire drink and food menu. The view was perfect and the food was delicious. Definitely try it out if you have the chance.

I was very disappointed with my reservation at Nobu Atlantic City. The food was amazing as usual but the service was sorely lacking. Our waitress was very inattentive and spent very little time at our table, other tables received food long before us even when they ordered later. When the food finally arrived our drinks were also delayed. She may have mentioned one drink special but she did not describe the menu or give us any real guidance. This experience was the opposite of my experiences at other Nobu restaurants. Very disappointing and embarrassing.
This is the worst fine dining restaurant I ever tried. You need to wait for a long time for the food, and the food didn't taste or look good. How dare you charge $72 for the sushi plate? It looks like the $20 bento box from Chinatown. The seafood on the sushi is not fresh at all. The squid with veggie also looked like the take out food. I am paying $$$$ and didn't expect the food looks like that. Can't imagine this is the well known fine dining restaurant. I can accept that the food doesn't taste good, but at least it should look attractive. Maybe the drink is the best thing there.
Superb staff! Fun, knowledgeable and definitely added to the experience. What sets Nobu aside from other fantastic restaurants is the entire experience from the staff to the creativity of each dish and of course the taste, well speechless.
I ordered the popular crispy rice with spicy tuna. Server did not offer any cocktail suggestions. For my entree, I ordered the Black Cod with Miso. Was disappointed with the scant number of fish with such a steep price. Any side was extra. My total was almost $100. In order to have a window seat was additional $25. I thought the value here is fair. Noise level moderate.
We have eaten at Nobus restaurants around the world. We have grown to have high expectations on the restaurant and the food. Nobus Atlantic City was busy on a Saturday night. We ate at 6:30 and were seated promptly. Our server took our order quickly. But, it was nearly 50 minutes from the time we gave our order to the first food showing up at our table. 50 minute ticket times is not what we expect from Nobus. One dish, a beef tobanyaki, showed up almost like a soup. It should have a little sauce in the plate, not watery mess. The dish was not garnished as normal. And was not sizzling when it showed up at our table meaning it was not presented correctly, or more likely had been sitting in the pass a long time before it was delivered to our table. The restaurant was very loud and obnoxious. People sitting next to us were literally shouting at each other to have a conversation. The overall experience was not to Nobus standards.
