The food was outstanding, particularly the umami sea bass, and the atmosphere was perfect for an early dinner with my husband and adult son. The one criticism we had was the inattentive service. We spent close to $500 and the service was worse than we've experienced at our local Olive Garden. I've dined at several Nobu restaurants and the service was well below what I've come to expect.
Nobu kicked off an awesome celebratory evening for us at Caesar's. We were generously seated near the window and could see the ocean waves through the dark across the boardwalk. Always love the client services at Nobu. We had Holly and she's amazing, kind, attentive, outgoing, informative and professional. And special thanks to the runners, Eric and Devin.
