Its a shame to have great food with shitty service. At least say hello to people and acknowledge them standing and waiting. Had other customers walk off and they lost money because of no recognition.

If i could leave a NEGATIVE review I would, while staying at tropicana for my sister in law and brother in law’s bach party we stopped here for a quick snack after the casino. I ordered the normal italian with everything and only half mayo, what did we get a plain sandwich. My SIL ordered an alcoholic drink and a sub, when she told the worker, he cussed out my BIL and got nasty. Don’t go here seriously, it’s all a scam just to charge you and not give you anything.

Me and my mother are in AC for 3 nights and this is literally the only place we like , We’ve tried other places and didn’t like there food ..The service is great and there prices are reasonable..There subs are delicious..

Best Sandwiches on the Boardwalk 10/10 Hands Down.Definitely Did not disappoint
While staying at the Tropicana in Atlantic City, yesterday my husband and I bought sandwiches at A'Dam Good Deli located within the Tropicana. It was busy. The manager was taking the orders, there were only two people working to fill orders in the back, and they got my order wrong. I took my sandwich back to let someone know, and they didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. They deliberately ignored me. After I tried to get their attention for the third time, one of the guys in the back making sandwiches started yelling at me and said, "I know she is not talking to me!" and continued to ignore me. After standing there for another few minutes, being ignored by the staff, I asked if anyone was going to help me. The manager started yelling at me in front of everyone and said, "Wait, and we will help you in a few minutes !" After waiting, the manager eventually came over to tell me that they would make me another sandwich. I was very disappointed, and after waiting and waiting, they finally made me another sandwich. The manager and one of the guys making the sandwiches (the guy wearing glasses) were rude and hostile. We've visited and stayed at the Tropicana in Atlantic City for 20 years. I don't want to ever eat at A'Dam Good Deli again. The service at this Deli was horrible.

Picked up a sandwich this morning for my drive home. Got here opened the sandwich.. No Mayo no oil no vinegar no salt pepper oregano.. DRY AZZ SANDWICH.. I called to complain. Not that it will do anything.. No one answering. I’m Sooo dissatisfied. White House subs only from now on

The server (with brown curly hair) was incredibly rude and confrontational to customer after customer, including elderly individuals. I haven’t seen anything quite like that before. Would recommend the owners utilize a secret shopper so they can experience the issue and retrain their employee. Sandwich was less than mediocre. It goes without saying we will not be back.
