I’m not sure why the reviews are so low here but we had an amazing dinner here. Everything from the food/drinks to the service and ambiance was really wonderful. Highly recommend checking it out!

We had a 9:30 PM reservation 12/23/25 and arrived a few minutes early, genuinely looking forward to what we expected would be a memorable family dinner. At the beginning of the evening, everything appeared promising. We were seated, ordered drinks and appetizers, and initially received attentive service. However, after our appetizers were cleared, service completely collapsed. We were left siting at our table for over an hour waiting for our entrées, which never arrived. No one checked on us, no updates were provided, and there was no explanation for the delay. When we attempted to inquire with staff and management, we were met with confusion, indifference, and an inability-or unwillingness--to provide answers. What made this situation even more frustrating was the complete lack of ownership urgency, or empathy shown by the restaurant. At no point did anyone meaningfully acknowledge the failure in service or attempt to resolve the situation. We were left feeling ignored, disrespected, and extremely disappointed. This experience was far below any reasonable standard, especially for a restaurant of Ocean Steakhouse's reputation and price point. What should have been an enjoyable family evening turned into a wasted night and a deeply frustrating experience. There are plenty of other options when it comes to Steak in AC.

Came here to celebrate my lady's birthday and propose. The staff was amazing! We had a huge booth to ourselves and our waiter Elimo(sp?) went above and beyond to make her feel special. Definitely get the rack of lamb! The cake was ordered ahead and brought out with a candle for her and then they gave us space for me to propose. What a special night!!!

I spent $163.00 on a meal for myself - that included one $19.00 drink. My cashier actually threw away my food - meant to take home. He brought me to go box and then next thing I know he picked up a dish with 75% of the Mac and lobster left and 60% of the sautéed spinach and threw it away. I was so annoyed and confused I told him he mind as well throw the 75% of the filet mignon, because I was looking forward to taking my meal back to my hotel and enjoying the rest of my dinner in peace.

We ordered the Filet Mignon with a Baked Potato and the Rack of Lamb with the Steakhouse Hashbrown and we were absolutely THRILLED with how incredibly delicious it all was - I was super pleased with the perfect char on my steak and my partner couldn’t get enough of the charcutière sauce on the lamb but we had our minds blown one last time when we shared a slice of the Seven Layer Chocolate Fudge Cake…I highly recommend ordering some additional vanilla ice cream and making each bite the perfect bite with a little ice cream, a little cake, and a piece of strawberry 😘👌🏼 Also have to mention how attentive, patient, and friendly our server Karrin was - we will be back anytime we come for a show!

I was here on Dec 9th, it was amazing. First, our waiter was on point. Luis C, was so nice and funny. He checked on us often, told me Happy Birthday numerous times. There was a big party there that night, that he helped wait on. He did not miss a beat. I had the filet with the penne vodka. My husband had the porterhouse with baked potato. The sauce for the steaks and butter for the potato was unbelievably delicious. He also had a Caesar salad and I had cheesecake for dessert. Wow. We were so full. Everything was amazing, service, food, atmosphere all wonderful.

Our Dinner at Ocean Steak was Top Notch. The Manager Dominic was able to give Us an excellent Table for our Special Occasion. Also Our Waiter Anthony was Exceptional. Very Professional and welcoming. Food was fantastic. We'll be back.

1st time here. Came with a group of 6. We had a reservation but still had to wait about 20 minutes for our table as the restaurant was extremely buisness. Food was very good. As was the service. Thick cut bacon was great. Filet was good and cooked as requested. Brussel sprouts were DELICIOUS. Mac & cheese i was not impressed with nor wowed. I could taste the floor in the sauce and if I go again id probably not order it and go for the mashed instead. Bread and butter was very very good. Drinks were great as well

Our anniversary dinner was amazing thanks to Ocean Steak! We had the crab cakes, the lobster mac n cheese and the steak. Everything was AMAZING! The crab cake was the BEST I’ve had. It had sooo much crab! Same with the lobster mac n cheese, huge chunks of lobster! You must try it. The steak was juicy and tender. I’d go back and I’m still daydreaming about the crabcake! Thank you Ocean Steak!
