Went on a sunday afternoon for happy hour. Place was empty. Bartender was very attentive and friendly. Atmosphere was awesome! Got the shrimp app, and the meatball. Also tried the ricotta. Liked the shrimp best. Drinks were also very good. Fun place! Will definitely return soon!

Celia was our waitress and she was a ROCKSTAR. The vibe of this place is stunning. I am not from AC or else this is a place I would frequently come to drink with friends. The food however needs a revamp. A lot of the dishes were greasy or had a sharp acidic taste. I think if the head chef just revamped the menu, it would be stellar. Still absolutely worth it and when I’m in AC, I’ll be back. GREAT STAFF

New favorite restaurant in AC. Amazing cocktails, the wedge salad was great. The roasted fennel ricotta ravioli knocked my socks off. Chicken was good too although I’ll go spicy next time. Sauce was a bit heavy on the oregano for my personal taste so a bit rustic. Still very good. Thinking of returning tonight 🤣.

VERY Small portions. Ordered fried mozzarella got 1 1/2 pieces. Ordered seasonal ravioli which was very small and maybe got 5 of them. Food was not good. 1 thick piece of chicken. Spaghetti was sticky. Total waste of money. Very disappointing. Just horrible. Wish we could get a refund. Total waste. The fork was not even a regular size fork. Not a true Italian restaurant.

This is the best spot in AC - the drinks are a 10/10 (especially the espresso martini which comes with salt and they will make decaf if you really want to party ). Part of me doesn’t want to tell anyone about this because it’s the best kept secret in AC. Great food, great drinks, great service, great vibes. Highly recommend!

No notes. Awesome retro atmosphere, great food, and very accommodating service. My wife and I went recently for her birthday/ our anniversary and we had an excellent time. We got there about 20 minutes before our reservation, so we hung out at the bar for happy hour. The bar is original, and is like walking into a time capsule. We grabbed a couple mini martinis and some clams casino while waiting for our table. The old CRT TV was a nice touch. Pretty sure I caught an old Orson Welles ad.

After we were seated we got a few more cocktails - the Kathy Burke (aka the meatini) and the Mr. Ireland (aka the pistachio martini). Both were knockouts. The meatini is a super dirty martini with a salami, olive, and cherry pepper garnish (made with salami infused vodka) and it tasted like an Italian hoagie in the best way possible. The pistachio negroni was less bitter than a typical negroni and was very smooth on the palate. It tasted sort of like marzipan. My wife also got the Girl Dinner cocktail later on, which is a dirty gin martini with blue cheese olives and side of gummy worms. Also delicious.

For our dinner, we got a plate of the citrus marinated olives, a wedge salad, an order of meatballs, the spicy vodka rig, and the orecchiette with crab sauce. Each dish was better than the last.

The wedge salad is inspired by White House Subs hoagie dressing, and I never thought I'd want to eat an entire head of iceberg lettuce until trying it. The spicy vodka rig hit all the marks, but the best part of the meal for me was the orechiette with crab sauce. I grew up eating this dish, but this was the best I've had.

TLDR: 10/10. Make sure to visit if you're in AC if you like good food and drink.

Disappointed! First it’s too dark & you can’t read the menu. Second, table for two are way to close together so you can hear the table next to you conversations. Very uncomfortable! Third, ordered appetizer which was 2 small meatballs for $15. Fourth, make sure you ask for bread because they will not bring it out. And finally, the food was average..I expected the quality to be much better. The homemade spaghetti that I ask for was sitting in a pot for long time because it was clumped together. The chicken cutlet was just okay. My husband ordered short rib dinner & again it was just average. I really wanted to walk out of there “saying that was the best meal I had in long time” but unfortunately it was not.

This restaurant caught my eye for its old AC charm and cool date night vibes. The mussels were 10/10 as well as the pasta. They have some of the best cocktail mixes I’ve seen around. I got the Merlino and it was a complete game changer. If you love an old fashion this is a must try

Had a hiccup with my toast deposit and the owner was able to rectify the situation with me. Thank you & I will definitely be back!

Beautifully crafted cocktails and amazing food. Our first visit was so good we’re already planning on round two. Happy hour is a great way to taste lots of things for a great price. House made ricotta, should’ve taken some home. Salty and creamy, with smoky grilled focaccia. Calamari and basil aioli, chefs kiss. Amber behind the bar was pleasant and friendly. Great drink menu

This was honestly one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.

I called the restaurant on a whim since I was nearby to check if they had availability. A man took my reservation and said he’d send me a link to complete a deposit. I thought that was odd since I was only a few minutes away, but I went ahead and followed the link to pay the $60 deposit.

When my party and I arrived, no one greeted us. After waiting a bit, I walked around and finally found someone
.. a woman who was actually in the middle of a heated argument with another staff member. She ended up seating us in the back dining area. We sat there for about 25 minutes before anyone came over, and at that time there were only a few other guests in the entire restaurant.

When someone finally did approach our table, it was a man who rudely asked, “Who sat you here? Did you really walk in and seat yourself ?” We explained that a staff member had seated us, and he walked off only to start arguing again with the same woman that sat us.

He eventually came back and dropped off menus. About 15 minutes later, a young server came by to take our drink orders. It took her about 45 minutes and several trips back and forth , asking over and over what drinks we wanted. All this complication just to bring our cocktails, though we ordered straight from the drink menu. I even offered to walk to the bar myself, but she insisted she was handling it.

When it came time to order food, the wait was another hour. By that point, we were so frustrated we nearly left. I’m a patient person and understand that delays can happen, but being there for over two hours without food was unacceptable.

When the food finally arrived, we decided to box it up and leave. To make matters worse, when we got the bill, they tried to cheat us l for the deposit we’d already paid. When I brought it to the guy’s attention, he questioned if I even made a deposit.I had to show proof of payment from my banking app before they finally corrected it.

Overall, this experience was chaotic, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing. The Restaurant was beautiful BUT would never return to this establishment and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
