Applebee's Grill + Bar

Applebee’s has awful food. Prior to the pandemic they had a menu twice the size. Now they have an extremely limited menu that goes up in Price several times a year. Unless you are ordering the limited time offer, they are offering at that time, none of the food is worth the price. In addition, over the past decade, the restaurant has moved, totally towards pre-cooked frozen foods. This restaurant does not even employ a prep person because everything comes in made already. I certainly hope that this restaurant does defrost their items in a safe manner.

This particular location has some wonderful employees which make the restaurant a success. Conversely, this particular location also has some terrible employees. The general manager genuinely does try, however, this is a difficult location to do business at. Employee turnover is extremely high.

If you’re looking for a quick bite while you’re at the outlets - they would be a good choice. To go out of your way to go there, I wouldn’t recommend it.

Thank you Kay. My 2nd tine to the Flagshio resort and my 1st time to this Applebee's. Your professionalism was amazing as well as your care and concern your guests. That meal was hot, reasy and delicious. Oh and the broccoli, delicious. Thank you management as well.

Stop in on the way out of town and glad we did. Shanna was super friendly and welcoming and a great bartender drinks was on point with a friendly atmosphere to match. Will definitely be back

Stopped by the Applebee’s in Atlantic City a few days ago. and had one of those visits that just felt easy. Grabbed a seat at the bar, food was great, drinks were above and beyond, and the atmosphere was calm without being too dead. Nothing felt rushed or off, which goes a very long way..
Shanna was behind the bar and made the experience smooth from start to finish. I am extremely satisfied! I’ll definitely be back!!

I came into eat with my 16 month old son who was a little hungry and cranky and my server Julia was very attentive to my child and got his order working right away. I was able to enjoy my meal shortly after and enjoyed my experience. Thank you

Came here after work one night and I was blown away by the exceptional service.
Attentive, friendly and accommodating. Julia is by far the best server I’ve ever had at an establishment. Even if the food wasn’t good, I would still be leaving 5 stars for her.
