If you’re staying at a casino/hotel, Applebee’s is a very reasonable option to eat if you don’t want to spend a small fortune. It’s an Applebees- what can I say. The server was personable. They have free parking.

Boneless wings as meal came out Luke warm, fries cold..sent back..20 minutes later my wife's 3cheese penna w chn came out..chn slimey..no flavor

I love all Applebee's restaurants, this one was no exception. They were busy so the food took a little longer than normal/the waitstaff was a little less attentive, but it wasn't too bad. Food was decent but not hot by the time I got it because of the delays. Would go back but mostly because it's so close to the convention center and I'm a sucker for a triple chocolate meltdown.

Vegetarian options: Decent amount of dishes that are either vegetarian or easily modified to be vegetarian without compromising the dish itself. Less options for vegans.

It’s the attention to customer details, that makes this Applebees and all applebees I’ve visited a great experience.

Greeted well, tabled well, server was great.
Ordered beer and salad. Came fast and waiter came around for checks ups. They are super busy but still didn’t falter to provide customer needs.

Trash pure trash ordered a no pink burger just for it to be pink also ordered no French onion fries or sauce on my burger and got both. Never again

I truly wish I could give them 0 stars after a long day of shopping with the wife.we saw a half empty apple bee’s the hostess was very helpful,after being seated we waited 15-20mins before asking for a manager we never received any drinks or food never again.

Tonight I came out with my husband and a friend from our state. We were so impressed with the last visit that we recommended coming here. But, tonight must have been a bad night because we sat at the table for 30 min with no waitress or no one to offer drink or eat any thing. We were so upset we left and settled for something else. Either more waiter or waitress need at this restaurant

We went for a holiday dinner amongst our coworkers on the 28th of December we sat close to the entrance bar areaI am an executive housekeeper at the ocean and I was there with a few of the shift managers and supervisors and Fatima was our server she was great did a phenomenal job she took care of us and was great definitely should have more people like her she was very accommodating however the manger on duty kinda of heavy set guy wasn’t so accommodating he actually was not our cup of tea at all and to be in a position that he holds he needs a training class on how to speak to people and how accommodations work Fatima was keeping a table for us as we had a lot of people in our party there were open seats and he said are you having anyone else show because I’m not going to be able to hold the tables meanwhile there was a whole section of tables available he was not it for us he needs to take a class and show alot more respect towards people I will take Fatima any day of the week she was great

Me and my cousin visited here a week or so ago and had terrible customer service from the time we walked in to the time me left. No one waited on us for 20 mins. Meanwhile we made eye contact with the server Lucy that was supposed to serve us… but instead took it upon herself to keep talking to another serving sitting at the bar. We have no reason why this happened. Nothing happened prior to this interaction. It was so obvious, that the host was upset and asking around who’s supposed to be serving us. We winded up complaining to the manager , who apologized and asked us if we wanted another server instead. We denied the service but just wanted them to be aware of their employee. I felt we should’ve had a free meal of gift card for when we would like to come back , or able to go to another one. I do not recommend eating at this location (Atlantic City,NJ)

This Applebees if I can give them less then 1 start would have been the case .
We arrived on time for the happy hour.
The restaurant did had tables but instead the host decided to lie and tell us that the wait was 10 minutes .
When we sat at the table we had about 5 minutes to order before the deadline of the happy hour.
Instead our server choose to come after that and told us the happy hour had ended.
At the end we waited to pay and the server never came back to our table . I decided to pay with the tablet and to leave .
I asked politely to someone else for boxes and a bag.

Server was not attentive to our needs during or after the meal.
I’m not happy at all with the service that was given to me .
