Came here for what was supposed to be part of a nice birthday celebration. When I sat down at the bottle service table, 20 mins went by and no one came to take our order. I went up to the bar to order because I figured maybe it was too late for bottle service in the lounge area. When I asked the bartender if they made espresso martinis, he rolled his eyes at me and rudely said “yes.” I ordered 3 green tea shots and an espresso martini. He rudely handed the drinks and said “$70.” I asked if he said “$70?” Because he spoke very abruptly. He aggressively told me “Yes. $70. And broke down every price each drink.” He also made the green tea shots double shots which I did not ask for. I only asked him to repeat the price because I couldn’t hear him. It seemed like my group was a bother to him. When I gave my card to pay, he THREW the check book down at the table and rolled his eyes and walked away. Paying this much for the Borgata you would expect much better customer service at their supposedly “upscale” bars. You need to hire more customer friendly servers. I understand if they don’t want to make certain drinks but that’s part of the job, and the attitude was extremely unnecessary and obnoxious. He made my whole group extremely uncomfortable and it was upsetting that he had a problem with us when we were very polite.

No longer a cigar lounge. Wasted $5 to park to find out that out. Security guard stated Google won't let them change the name. New Years Eve waste of time.

What better way to celebrate losing all your money before dinner than with a glass of Prosecco! Cheers and Good Luck !!!

Beautiful hotel, room and service was average. Food and water extremely overpriced. Loved Club Premier was there Friday and Saturday night. Really wasn’t much to do other than gambling. Had to use a taxi to see the city and the boardwalk.

This was a fun trip for us and had a good time. Me and my family spend our thanksgiving holidays at Borgata and it was really great. We wanted to be different than previous years which was a good ideal.

Great deal on a Thanksgiving Eve - Day getaway. Hotel and service were all good. The meal at Old Homestead was delicious and wait staff very friendly. Only complaint is that the adult pool was closed mid-week off season. We called before booking to inquire about pool access and they did not inform us of this. The regular pool was packed with kids, so no pool for our getaway.

Borgata no quality left it’s going down to tubes A quality experience player would never go there again. It has no ambience it used to be a classy place until they sold out and changed the properties. I don’t think they’re fair to tables or at the slot machines anymore it don’t pay out well and I’ve been playing cards for 43 years I’ve been going to Atlantic City since then take it from an experienced dog the place is just not Borgota anymore. The wife And I went there to celebrate our birthdays and we were thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the place anymore the Buffay really stunk among other things

Really enjoyed my trip there, room and view were great. Dining was good. Many areas had no smoking signage. Was able to venture out safely using the jitney bus service. The drink servers were always accomodating.

Other than unfriendly front desk staff, we enjoyed the weekend we spent there. Wait staff, bar staff and valet drivers were all absolutely wonderful!! Food was good. Large room with comfy bed and great view.

Love this place. always clean, top notch service - Great location - Only issue was there was a gentleman smoking at the card table when it CLEARLY said No Smoking... the Pit boss told me that was a mistake ....

The hotel is beginning to get outdated and unfortunately most of the staff is not so friendly unless you push for things. There are better places to stay which have bee renovated and provide exceptional service. Other than the Old Home Steak house where the wait staff, not so much management, is great.. I'd rather stay across the street..

Prices at food venues too high. There were not enough employees checking on guests. The hotel is beautiful, but it is away from the life of Atlantic City, the Boardwalk. Maybe you could offer a FREE shuttle. You nickel and dime guests with parking fees and shuttle fees, I'm sure you could comp those items..

Great servers. Yummy drinks. Awesome atmosphere! UPDATE April 2022— Bartender (Stephanie) is wonderful! Available liquor, not so much. One of their signature cocktails, Honey Nut Cheerio, is listed on the table menus but the bar doesn't have two or the three liquors needed to make it. Not so sure the MGM takeover was a good thing. They also took down the curtains that made the bar cozy, and now it's open to the casino. ? Staff is fab. The rest? ?
