Came here tonight with my family had the waiter Joe he was so rude it was disgusting . My husband went to put his order in and he told him he was not ready to take our order excuse me sir that’s your job . Then my son has a gluten allergy he told him he will be fine I said what about cross contamination he blew it off . The old manager with the gray hair came over he was more ignorant than the waiter . Stay away from here . This place is a disgrace from the hostess to the waiter to the manager . The need to start firing people from the top down. Had I read the reviews first I would not have came

I came tonight with my family my waiter was Joe a pure clown my wife has a severe seafood allergy and he made a joke out of it and said just don’t eat seafood didn’t even write it down we called over the manager he was even a bigger joke we walked out worst service ever this place is a joke high priced with HORRIBLE SERVICE

My husband and I had an absolute experience here! Between Frank, Christian, and Nelson, this was by far one of the best places to eat. Now, go in knowing it’s classy and pricey, but an absolute treat and we highly recommend. Everyone is kind and so customer service oriented. The food was cooked perfectly and served timely from starters to entree. We will be coming back!

A simple way to put this steak house is their attempt to upcharge for an icecube..... pathetic attempt to increase their margin on drinks when you're charging over 70$ for a standard steak... $4 just to get an ice sphere that should be part of the drink is a joke. Whoever thought this was a great idea is a clown

First time dining here tonight and we’re able to get seated without a reservation. The food and service were both excellent. We had the lobster bisque, filet and pork chop.

We had reservations here for a Saturday night. We were seated right on time. The atmosphere is lively. Lots of large tables. It was kinda hard to talk to someone across the table with the large tables monopolizing the space and service and increasing the noise level. Maybe smaller tables could sit in one area, party tables in another? Our server was nice but, we had a rocky start. He seemed to have two other people helping him but they were only responsible for easy stuff like clearing dishes and filling water glasses. He, the server, was over-whelmed. Drinks didn't get refilled, requests were forgotten, wrong food brought to the table. My husband finally sent back his sea bass...it was dry, over-broiled, no sauce, and flavorless. The second sea bass was perfect. The shrimp appetizer was delicious. The clam appetizer was very small but fresh. The sea scallops were very good but the cheese grits were slightly undercooked and crunchy. A mixed review. Would probably try another restaurant next time.

What a great first experience at B prime! Our server Maybeel was so good to us. Cant say enough about her. For example, she went that extra mile throughout the time we spent there including adding a candle to my dessert after she overheard that it was my birthday. The man (unfortunately didn't get his name) who brought the dessert, was very kind and classy.
Enjoyed the venue as well. We didn't have prior reservations and the next opening was a few hours late but was able to sit at cozy tables near the bar area immediately. Only small inconvenience was the restroom situation as there is only 1 for women and 1 for men (not a major inconvenience since the adjoining casino had multiple restroom facilities nearby as well.
Food was delicious as expected and on point. The bread yummy, wagyu steak, sushi seafood appetizer, and lobster bisque, brussel sprouts appetizer and basque cheesecake was perfect. We were very happy to have been able to get in this time!

Making a reservation was super easy, and we were seated right away once our reservation time came up. The service was excellent—our waiter was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the meal.
The food was absolutely delicious and well worth the price. Every bite was flavorful and cooked perfectly. I would definitely return and recommend it to anyone looking for a great steakhouse experience at the Borgata.

We we're there for an event, so we were fueled by tequila and other libations. As we sat down, we were greeted promptly and ordered our drinks as if we needed more, but we threw caution to the wind. We ordered sushi, crab cakes, fries, ahi tuna, oysters, if it was on the menu, I believe we may have ordered it. All done well, all delicious and visually amazing. Then we come to the steak. Let me tell you, if you do not order the Kobe beef, you're missing out on what I can only describe as meat butter. I know that may not be appealing to most, but it was one of the most delicious pieces of meat I've tasted in a while. It was a wonderful experience that the staff made special by having fun with us celebrating a birthday and just making it a memorable dining experience. Thank you.
