Went here for my son’s 21st. It was a very sad experience. When we got our casino card the woman was rude. Getting change at the window, this woman was rude too. My card stopped working after 3 plays and decided not even to attempt to get it fixed. I did not want to speak to anymore staff there. We left shortly after arriving. Awful experience. We will never return. Live in Philly is a better experience.

During our visit here today, we experienced an issue with one of the slots not printing out our cash out voucher. We wound up running all over the place across the casino floor after staff to ask for help. 4 DIFFERENT STAFF MEMBERS and not a single one helped us except the 5th one we asked, who came to the machine and pressed the attendant button again. I wound up running across the casino floor again to catch up with a gentleman in a suit who wound up being a slot manager....read full review
