I can’t even begin to tell you how difficult it is to get a win loss statement from Caesars for 2025. If you play at this casino and you need documentation for tax purposes, you will get the runaround and never get what you need. Went here for my son’s 21st. It was a very sad experience. When we got our casino card the woman was rude. Getting change at the window, this woman was rude too. My card stopped working after 3 plays and decided not even to attempt to get it fixed. I did not want to speak to anymore staff there. We left shortly after arriving. Awful experience. We will never return. Live in Philly is a better experience.
