Don’t bother. Website and security on the casino floor said beer garden was open until 7:00. We arrived at 5:45, bought two beers, which was apparently last call, and then the beer garden security guard kicked us and others out about 2 minutes later. When we said we thought they were open until 7:00 he said no and to leave. So, we paid $18 for two beers plus $10 to park to not be able to enjoy or finish our beers. Waste of time and money.
Our group booked a poolside gazebo, and while expensive, was a blast. Our waitress was very friendly and attentive, the food was good, and the pool was great. Very fun time.

Nice relaxing setting- pool, cabanas and chairs. Good vibes with different genres of music. Pool got a little dirty after a while.
Food is so so, and drinks are completely watered down. I mean barely any alcohol. So you just keep buying more.
Day 1 service was good.(Thx to Emily and…🤔forgot her name but she was great also)Day 2 eeh. Not the same

Years later and still same unprofessional service. Servers are nasty and ignorants will make you wait forever to take your order to the point that you will get your own drink and then they’ll approach!!

Caught a great live band on a beautiful Saturday afternoon. A really nice break from the casino vibe inside. The pool adjacent was quite busy, so it was a lively environment. Drinks from the bar were good with a generous pour.

Highly disappointed in this place. My sister is literally 28 years old and got denied to get into Latin night. While they let 18 and under kids in. She showed her credit card and insurance card and still got denied. I feel like they body shamed her because she is very petite. Then on top of that they tried to say she was intoxicated and that was not the reason. We have not had one drink tonight’s so clearly they were discriminating against us. All three security guards were white and we are black. Maybe if they had a proper ID scanner we wouldn’t have this issue. We paid $250 to stay at the MGM and to get denied to go into the beer garden was unacceptable. We will never spend another dime to stay here again. Very disappointed and ruined our experience.
Abel is the security guard that was very rude and nasty to us.
Don't waste your time or money coming here the service sucks the pool is cloudy and dirty and the drinks are watered down I have to keep paying extra for extra shots in my drinks . Ordered a salad with dressing on the side it was all over my salad swimming in dressing completely unedible. Ordered a drink I had to go get it at the bar myself 30 minutes later and it's not even crowded. Ever since mgm purchased thr borgata completely gone down hill. Stay home do yourself a favor you'll save time and money and aggravation. Over priced and underwhelmed....yet again. P.S. the casino smells like a dirty ash tray absolutely filthy. The music at the pool on 4th of July weekend especially Sunday is HORRIBLE!! ITS NAPPY TIME MUSIC MY GOD play something upbeat, tropical fun. This 70's music is putting all of us to sleep!!!! Send help to the borgata pool please!! Should have stayed home and napped and saved myself a ton of$$$$$ . Definitely going to a different casino and pool this is horrendous

Received vip tickets to attend a “cigar social “ event outdoor at the beer garden. ??Of all the events I have attended at the Borgata, this is by far the most memorable.Red carpet service with white gloves treatment once you enter. Complimentary champagne & bourbon as you glide from booth to booth. The cigars on display and for sale were big names: Padron, Cohiba, Montecristo, & etc…Bought 3 boxes of top quality cigars and received so many freebies. Dancers & singers were entertaining us the whole time. Very festive ??

Beware and don’t assume your valuables are safe in the room, housekeeping will take things. Beds were very uncomfortable. The casino itself and dining was nice. If you wanted to go to other places around you had to Uber or taxi to get there.
Not as good as it used to be. Service in the casino was poor. Table games are limited as well. Slots are tighter than ever. The fine dining restaurants have gotten very very pricey and the food is average at best.
Everything came out very good, we had a very good time, i went to the poker room and sent her to the spa and it worked out perfect for us. The poker room is awesome. Went to dinner at Old Homestead which was fantastic
