I left a tip before I got my food. Turns out that doesn’t change their customer service attitude at all. I get you deal with thousands a people a day at times, but you still have a job to be respectful.

Rude employee seems as if he was the manager. Rude guy… food was a catfish, nothing as seen online.

Ordered for take out, two sandwiches, fries and onion rings. Took 1 hour for the order. The inside was not even busy.

Wow! What gorgeous burgers! I loved the burgers here. My only very slight (and sarcastic) complaint to the waitress was that I wasn’t properly warned of how huge and delicious their burgers are. Don’t go on a full ( or even half-full) stomach.

Consider this your warning! Please do not even consider eating here. We ordered pancakes with a side of bacon and a breakfast boat. The bacon was so greasy it could've slipped off the plate and made its way to the water park. It's probably the worst breakfast I've ever eaten. Didn't get our coffee until after our meal arrived and we were only one of two tables with 4 employees that I could see. I think one of them was the manager who was more interested in talking to the two cooks who looked like they were talking about their hook up. Our server was indifferent and that's being generous. Please Showboat owner, get some more food choices!!

Didn't try anything. Lady was very rude and I wasn't paying $5 for a small cup of off brand coffee when there's Starbucks next door

The waitress for Sunday 3/3/24 was snotty she acted as if her job was to hard she never asked what we wanted to drink at all, we didn’t know the fountain was down. Than she was turning down customer in which could have made you money families. She was worried about the work schedule and not the customers very
