Found hair in my food and the manager Marco was not very helpful. The waiter who I showed the hair to â lost itâ on his way to go tell the manager Marco. Marco proceeded to hint that he believes I planted the hair because he stated none of the cooks are blonde. Mind you I have brown curly hairâŠ.

On vacation in AC and found two small blonde hairs cooked into a french fry, and when we told the waiter he had to get the manager whose name was Marcoâs he stated that they have no blonde employees so he has no idea where that would come from, and offered us a small discount and asked if we wanted any other food. No. I am so appalled and unhappy at the way that they handled that and would not come here to eat again. Very expensive for the poor service and basic food. So disappointed.

Our first night at the Tropicana we wanted to get a burgers so we went to Broadway Burgers. The food was awesome, the service was great, and it just felt really chill. It's one of the best spots in the Tropicana. Those burgers were juicy and packed with flavor, and the seasoned fries were delicious. Definitely recommend this place for a quick burger and a nice, relaxed vibe.

I ordered the black bean burger and assumed it was phenomenal due to the cost . However the presentation was okay but in total was sub par . It fell apart after one bite . My company had the Cookie Monster milk shake and he loved it. Overall, if you're vegan or vegetarian you can find better.

I ordered the 2 types of wings buffalo and mango habanero. Buffalo were good but the mango habanero was not good. The sauce tasted more like a sweet mango salsa. The blue cheese was sweet and runny like a ranch dip.

Our server Dayana was absolutely amazing. Great service, funny, beautiful and kind. The food was better than we imagined. Dayana and the cooks were very helpful with a nut allergy someone in our party had.

We came to Atlantic City for my husbandâs birthday celebration and tried Broadway Burger Bar for lunch and then drinks for happy hour. For lunch we had the best service with Liz and the burgers were out of this world!!! Would highly recommend the slider sampler so you get a little bit of spice, a little bbq Smokey, and a traditional mushroom Swiss. We loved the experience so much that we came back for happy hour at the bar with Rich who kept the drinks fresh and the conversation going. Tropicana made a good decision adding this restaurant to The Quarter and the hospitality is 100!!

Wilmer our server was wonderful. One of our party didnât like their burger because it was a little too pink and he comped it. The manager Marcos was wonderful too, we had a large party they had to split up and we asked to have separate checks which they donât usually allow. When they forgot our grilled chicken they took it right off for us. They understood that our party was two separate tables and did the separate checks for us. Big thank you to their staff, who understood that great service is so important! We may not have been the easiest table but we appreciate their patience!

I went to this restaurant last night with my boyfriendâs family and ordered the sliders and well done with no onions and sweet potato fries. Our waitress came over to clarify that I indeed did not want onions moments after ordering so it obviously was not given to the kitchen yet.I finally get my food and it had onions so I immediately told my server and he and the waitress whispered to each other and came back moments later with âbrand new burgersâ. Nope! They took off the absolute minimum of the onion, most of it still left on. My sliders were extremely pink and my fries were cold and hard. Itâs very frustrating and rude. Waitress was very rude too! 1/10 experience

My wife had a cob salad $25.00 there was like 1 1/2 ounces of diced chicken?? Really! My burger tasted like a dirty charbroiler it was slightly pink inside but dried out? They probably pre cook the burgers and $22.00 for a dried out burger and grease heaven FF! Been going to AC for years and the place never appealed to us and I was rightđ
