Food is good. But they use scummy business practices. The old lady charged me over $5 extra for my food. Then when I mentioned it she tried giving me a bag of chips instead of the refund. Then when I told her I didn't order chips she said "next time" I just sat there baffled she wouldn't refund me for the extra money she charged me. There won't be a next time. I will never step foot in this shady business again.

The food was great but honestly the staff ruin the whole experience. Canāt give receipts, canāt rightfully give customers their money back, canāt speak to any managers or supervisorsā¦ The whole business is kinda shady to me.

The pizza is okay, but they never use glove its nasty. They literally touch everything then your food. Isn't that a health code violation? Its disgusting

We visited here for 4th of July and my kids wanted to try a slice of pizza the place don't look clean and the cook touched the pizza with his bare hands and scratched his head we asked can he place on gloves told us NO straight up this place is not clean he also prepared a pan pizza during that time after and never washed his hands at all I don't think this place shoukd serve food it should be reported to LNI

When I heard that pizza do Roma moved from duck town I was bit sad cause Iāve been eating there for year!!! So I popped in today cause I heard this was the new location attached to the bus station. Iāve been eating their chicken cheesesteaks since I was 10! And the quality is still the same. Bread was slightly toasted like I like it!!! Definitely a great vibe to chill but there is a 30min seating limit for paying customers only and you need to ask for the key to use the restrooms. Staff is pretty quick and friendly.
Vegetarian options: They have plenty of salad and no meat options.
Kid-friendliness: Kids menus are available.
Wheelchair accessibility: Iāve seen electric wheelchairs in the restaurant. Must comeIn from the bus lobby side though.

I bought a soda, asked for a cup of ice and yāall trying to charge me A dollar and some change for ice. Thatās messed up. I get stuff from this place multiple times a week. Thatās not good way to treat customer.

The service was good. They were friendly and helpful. The food was mediocre. The chicken was dry and the burger was just ok.The place itself looked a little run down. It was clean. But just run down. Definitely could use some upgrades. Itās a good spot to get something quick.

I asked for an Italian sausage sandwich with onion, no peppers to go back to New York and when I got on the bus to eat my sandwich it was a ham and cheese sandwich. I called the restaurant to tell them they made me the wrong sandwich and the lady said she made me the Italian sausage sandwich and I told her she didnāt than she said than she said oh than you ordered the wrong sandwich when she knew she was in the wrong. I even told her to cook the sausage well so after going back and forth with her dismissive attitude she tells me to bring it back so she can make it over when I told her the sandwich was to go and I had to catch my bus before she made it. I told her Iām always in Atlantic City and if she can note that my sandwich was made wrong and next time I come you will give me one for free to correct the restaurant mistake and she said Iām only hear Monday & Tuesday so itās not possible than hung up on me!!! Iām so mad because on my way out of Atlantic City I always stop here to get a sausage sub and because the way the restaurant mishandled their mistake I will no longer patronize here. They got my money and tip and perhaps I can find a homeless person to feed the sandwich to so at least it doesnāt go to waste. Remember you need the customer to stay in business

Was a customer in this restaurant. I had to ask the cook to put gloves on after observing him touch raw products with his hand. He caught an attitude and started mumbling about me asking him not to touch my food with his hands. Put my food on the grill right after he made bacon, and eggs, didn't properly clean the grill. That's cross contamination, and the leading cause in food poisoning. I was holding a conversation with another customer about how disrespectful he was being. He started cursing and yelling at us. He was so loud that the transit police came in. So unprofessional. The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER.
