Staff was unbelievably excellent and friendly. From the second you walk in you feel like a part of the family there. The food was absolutely exceptional and perfectly timed to have a nice leisurely dinner. Highly recommend to those in the area looking for an upscale restaurant experience
They were overbooked and apparently understaffed in the kitchen because we had to wait an hour and a half from the time of ordering to receive our food! That is unacceptable for a place that has such high standards! We were not the only one having such a long wait. I am hoping they figure out what the problem was and it doesn't happen again.
Certainly not the best Italian food in Atlantic City. Ridiculously overcrowded and understaffed. The bartender Brittany did her best but she had no help. The football game on TV at the bar created a Sportsbar atmosphere rather than Fine Dining but it was very loud and again, the bartender d er received no help to keep things quiet. I do not recommend and I'll not be going back.
This was not the best experience at Capriccio‘s. There was a long wait for a table, and it took a long time to be served. Then our calamari appetizer came out cold. I had a seafood dish that was cooked very tender, but it had very little taste. And then we paid $18 each for two cannolis. So it was quite expensive, the food was just so so, and it took a very long
Cindy was our server and she made you feel like you were family. The food was super delicious. I will definitely go ahead.
I was told so many great things about this restaurant and I have to say it lived up to my expectations. The ambiance, service, music and service was fantastic. My first time there, but definitely not my last.
The hype and awards definitely don't apply to the food currently. The service was top notch

Food was dry, no real flavor. Steak was tough and service was way to slow for such a small crowd. Best thing i had was the bread. Even on lady had to yell out to get service

Portions were small and very little flavor. The short rib Revelle was fatty and portion was small. Clams oregano what taste tasteless . The seafood Zupetta the tlinguine was saturated with water and tasteless. we have eaten here on several past occasions and it seems the quality has diminished.
Just hands down wonderful. Service was attentive and knowledgeable. Food was just the best we ever had in Atlantic City. Sorry we hadn't visited on our previous stays. Our Anniversary was memorable. Thank you so much!

I have never experienced service this poor at a restaurant. Our water was never refilled, and no one checked in to see how our meal was or if we needed anything, including to-go boxes. It took 35 minutes just to receive our check. We felt completely overlooked, especially compared to larger parties around us who received attentive service. For the price point, the experience was extremely disappointing. We will not be returning.

I will start with the menu. The menu was very small and was nothing like it was posted online. We asked if the menu was à la carte and the waiter said it was so I ordered chicken Parm and a side of gnocchi. My husband ordered veal marsala and mashed potatoes. We both had spaghetti on our plate so we did not need to order a side. $13 for each side. The chicken parm was $45 and the side was $13. The chicken and veal portions were very small. In addition, at the beginning of the meal we ordered a vanilla soufflé because they cook them to order. At the end of the meal we were told they never put the soufflé in the oven so we had to wait 30 minutes for a soufflé to come out and they brought us a chocolate soufflé even though we ordered vanilla. We then waited 15 minutes to get a check and that was after we asked for it. They did not offer to take any money off of the $22 cost of the tiny soufflé. The meal came to $160. That’s two meals and one dessert. We had tapwater to drink. We will never ever go back to this place. I don’t usually leave reviews for restaurants but this was a very disappointing experience and a complete waste of money!

Kurt, Stephen and Albiero were so attentive in serving us. The food was delicious, and served hot. Great location overlooking the water. It was a memorable dinner, for sure!
