Can’t go wrong at Carmine’s. Accommodated our large group, service was good, food was excellent and the bill was more reasonable than I could have even imagined. We got ripped off at Nobu the night before and wound up paying about a third of the Nobu price at Carmine’s, despite having ten people after having only six at Nobu.
Really disappointed that olive oil mix not served with bread baskets. I always looked forward to this

Soon as we walked in we were greeted , handled real professionally staff has amazing customer service and recommendations were top tier. Food was a big portion enough to share with two people which is a plus ! Will return here .Parking: Park in Tropicana casino get on the elevators and press C soon as you come out carmines is downstairs .

From start to finish our experience was amazing. The food portions could feed a small army. I highly recommend the Zucchini Fries, Manicotti and The Chicken Marsala. These are meant to share. Our server Abbey was outstanding.
We love Carmine's. My daughters and I went for a Girl's Trip to celebrate one's birthday. The food is always spot on. The recipes do not change. Our waiter was top tier. He arranged a HBD song and ice cream for my baby girl. It was really special. Bravo to the chef and wait staff! ♥️I'd rate 5 stars, if it was not for the wait time, even with a reservation. The hostesses sat walk-ins with equal or larger parties than us. We ended up waiting over 1/2 hour until I asked the hostess why she was seating others before us. She then got us a table. Yes, our entire party of 5 were present and arrived a few minutes early. (Not including that in the additional 30 minutes we waited)Dietary restrictions: Be sure to tell the wait staff about nut allergies. You want to make sure there are no nuts ground in or on top of anything. They're very knowledgable about the menu options

We had a nice experience and the waiter was on point; however, we didn’t realize the meatballs were made with both ground beef and veal, which was not good! I don’t understand why you don’t offer plain ground beef meatballs. Not everyone likes veal. Strange combination for a common pasta meal! Will not order that or lasagna again!

Never knew Carmines in AC had a downstairs level. It was really lovely quiet comfortable. Not as crowded as upstairs. The food is always amazing. We really enjoyed the Carmine Salad Stuffed Artichokes and Chicken Parm over pasta. Eddie was our server and was a great guy. All in all we had a great dinner and also lots of fun. We truly love Carmines restaurant.
