Phil's Carousel Bar

I mean it isn't the same experience as The Carousel in the New Orleans French Quarter but the bartender turned it on when we asked. Better than most casino bars. Would drink there again.

Spent a night here months ago in the summer and had a great time with some people from NYC. Will be back next time we are in atlantic city!

The drinks were very good but pricey. One espresso martini and an old fashioned were $37.50 so add tip $40. I believe you pay for the carousel bar part of it but while we were there it stopped fir about 10 minutes and was very jerky so unless your staying in AC I would not go again

So their whole schtick is that the bar revolves like a carousel. However, they turned this setting off for some reason while we were there. We had asked the bartender why the bar wasn’t revolving and he gave a an answer along the lines of, “Eh, we didn’t turn it on yet.” We were probably sitting there for about 30-45 minutes before they turned it on and it started to turn. Overpriced and gimmicky. I ordered the funnel cake espresso martini. It was just okay, it just tasted like Bailey’s. Bartender was kind of weird and off-putting, and not particularly great at mixing such simple drinks.

Bottom line is that the only reason you’re coming to this bar is because you’re already on the boardwalk or in the casino, you’re not going out of your way for this bar.

Great service, fast, they see you! Loved moving bar very beautiful. Bartenders loved to talk to customers but never forgot to be attentive to all. No weak drinks here. Great selection.

Maggie was a fantastic bartender who was great to talk to. Genuinely welcoming and accommodating

Drinks were nice and strong but expensive. A vodka Red Bull was $19

Sat at the bar for at least 25 minutes before I was even greeted!.The bartender was awful... finally got our drinks after 45 minutes..2 basic bar drinks...35.00 !! She then comes back and puts two more in front of us. I didn't order these! Oops. Wrong couple... customers were waiting forever! Most were furious I don't mind the price .the service didn't warrant a dime. This is not good for return customers.

Terrible. Over priced drinks hear... Just move 2 steps down to the slots and order the same cheap drinks for free.
It's $15 plus tip here. Ordered scotch on the rocks they have me the worst blended scotch from the 99cent store for 15 plus tip. Could have gotten 2 1.5 L bottles of the same stuff they served for $3 cheaper at the store.
