4 nights comp. Labor Day week. Main tower. Fast check in and out. Clean updated room. City view. Everything worked in room. Casino was paying out for us at least. We had no problem or issues. Will return.

Paid for a room online(not comped). Ocean view. Didn't get it. Instead, a view of an abandoned parking garage. Room pretty beat. Casino OK. The location is good. Could have complained, but after waiting over 1/2 hours in line to check in and 50 or so people still in line, there was no way. Self check in kiosks did not work. Probably won't stay there again.

We stayed for 3 nights. We were in the Garden Tower on the 15th floor. For the money we paid it was perfectly acceptable. We were there to see the sights and explore the Boardwalk and all the casinos. Yes they could make improvements to the cleanliness of certain parts of the hotel, but overall...I would stay again. We hit good on the slots one morning and then hit Johnny Rockets for breakfast. They didn't open until 10:30, but are conveniently located in Bally's. Also Dunkin is in the lobby, the Carousel Bar too. We tried pizza at Carluccios...very good...huge slices. The location of the hotel is great...right across from the beach. The beach bar wasn't open as it was after Labor Day, but we love it there when it's open. Check in was a little slow with only 3 people at the desk. Checked out on the kiosk...very easy and quick. No housekeeping during our stay, which we knew, so we were fine. You can ask for more towels. The rooms were quiet, couldn't hear anyone else, although we did have neighbors. Friendly staff. We will be back

$121 on Groupon for a Room which amazing clean and spacious. Me and my girlfriend had a blast casino was downstairs food was available. We got to see the MJ Live at Bally’s what a great show. Parking is $10 one time if you stay there in and out make sure to get a ticket when going out to use for the next time leaving. Some noise in the hallways but nothing to be alarmed by I would definitely stay again.

I am a Bally’s “Superstar Card” holder. I went to the Casino and swiped my card. I was locked out. I went to their Reward Center and asked why and the associate told me I need to gamble more? Really? They locked me out so I would have to go to their Reward Center to be told to bet more more! She then unlocked the card. Bye, Bye…Bally’s your casino is not a “jewel” in AC…I will “bet” somewhere else!

Horrible experience. host at the front desk very unprofessional, and barely made eye contact with us. asked if there was gluten free options for an allergy and she was not helpful and shoved the menu in our faces. glad to say we couldn’t eat breakfast here this morning.

Have been her twice and check in is awfull! Wiil not return. I would rather pay more than waste AN HOUR AND MORE in line! Express check in kiosk is useless since it can't recognize my NJ license and doesn't even match to your reservation. Stear clear of this hotel!

I booked a non smoking rm upon arrival I was told only smoking rooms were available. I argued to no avail and went to see the room praying it would be at least clean. Walking the hall towards the room the stench of old tobacco and pot was everywhere. Entered the room to find filth. Burn marks everywhere, carpet stained called the front desk to voice my distain after a half hour of waiting I was told nothing else was available. We found pills and candy wrappers o. The floor mold in the bathroom and dust everywhere. So much for a fun girlfriend getaway. I was embarrassed and angry when my girlfriend arrived. Visited front desk again to no avail finally at 11pm we begged for another room and were given a room in the Dennis tower. It was outdated but clean or at least we thought it was. Woke up to a strong smell of urine next to the bed. The room was above the Yard, the pounding music made sleep impossible. Needless to say will never ever stay there again Side note food served was cold

What a dump. Half of the place is closed and what is open is so understaffed it’s ridiculous. I’ve stayed at other resorts in Atlantic City and they all were great. I thought I would try Bally’s this time. Sorry I did. Wait forever for everything, from coffee to housekeeping to waiting for whatever elevator happens to be working. If you see Dennis tower, RUN!!! It was filthy and outdated.

Great customer service at the desk and restaurants but housekeeping is seriously lacking. My first room had stained linen, dust all over the headboard and light fixtures and the refrigerator didn't work. I discovered that in the morning when my drinks and food were warm. I was sneezing and coughing all night. Housekeeping didn't answer the phone. The second room was better but had no soap dish or wash clothes. Didn't win anything at the slot machines either wouldn't stay there again.

I stayed here in early July, arriving on the 4th due to the proximity of my event. The parking garage was a great deal, at only $10 bucks for the entirety of my 4 night stay and it was an easy 10 minute walk to the Convention Center. Check-in, late in the afternoon, probably took 15 minutes even though there were 6 people working at the check-in area. The room was decent, the bed comfortable, but the bathroom light fixture on the mirror only had 1 screw holding it on, and there was a couple of hairs on the floor that were left by the cleaning crew. This was after I took the stairs in the Dennis Tower to my room and noticed a food wrapper on the stairs that remained there the ENTIRE duration of my stay. The Good: - A great location if you want immediate access to the Beach and Boardwalk or an easy 10 minute walk to the Convention Center or Outlet shops. The Bad: 1. Dining options. - Guy Fieri's Chophouse; Was only offering a $75 fixed 3 course meal when I stopped at night. - Casino Cafe & Grille; only serves Breakfast and Lunch - Jerry Longo's Meatballs & Martinis; Was NOT even open on the evening of July 4 and 5. - The Yard; Since the other options were not open, I wanted to try The Yard for a casual meal in a Sports Bar like area. With NO signage, the host told me they were only accepting reservations on that night and it was over a 45 minute wait, even with numerous open tables. - Dunkin' Donuts; Open 24 hours but their kiosk doesn't list all the menu options that are available if you want to stand in line for 10 minutes. - Carluccio's Pizza; Your best option for a quick and decent slice or pizza or entire pizza. 2. Fitness Room: - The water fountain immediately outside of the Fitness Room was clogged with a dark liquid (see picture) that was either some type of plumbing backup or from something that was dumped. It was disgusting! - The equipment is a mix of newer LifeFitness machines and hand me down YMCA equipment from the 1980's. - The water cooler that was located inside the Fitness Room had NO cups. 3. The Sundries Store - The store next to check-in where you can purchase various drinks, snacks, clothing, etc is only open from 9:00 AM - 8:00 PM. Hardly convenient to get a snack or can of pop before heading to your room for the night. 4. Overall - The entrances on Pacific Avenue are closed, so you can only enter through the Valet area. - The property feels out dated, slightly run down and not at all, as clean as it should be. This is not a place I would recommend or want to stay at again.

Ballys is a great casino, the staff is very nice, and they gave me a comp room with a soaking tub that had a view. They also comp my meals on Friday, Saturday and Sunday after my play with the Superstar card. They have great service when you’re playing and the drinks are good. I also get $40 per week to play on the tables, so it's worth it to drive there. The gifts in the past were really good. Its my favorite casino to win at.
