I love Chart House...been in 5 different places and was never disappointed but this time didn't have such great experience, our waiter didn't seem to understand what we wanted and we had to keep repeating to make sure we got what we wanted and no more or no less that what we were asking for. I usually get the flight for 2 and its usually very good, this time was supper sweet, one of the other drinks had no booze in it, waiter took plate before someone finished and kept going to my other guest asking if he was finished, which to me is a little disrespectful since we waited almost 45 minutes for her to come ask us if we wanted appetizers and then take orders for dinner.

We were three couples out of town in for a comedy show. This restaurant fit the bill in every way! We all highly recommend coming here. We were staying at the MGM tower and its a 15 min walk.

My husband and I went to celebrate our 31st anniversary and my birthday. We have been here before and knew it would be delicious, which is was. I had filet mignon which was cooked perfectly and he had the halibut, which was highly recommended from the waiter. I had a vanilla martini which was so good.

The service was second-to-none ... Anthony was funny, efficient, and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was romantic, comfortable, and warm. The food was absolutely delicious and cooked perfectly (tuna and sea bass). We will definitely be back.

Last night my husband had dinner at the Chart House. We were blessed to have Seryna as our waitress. She was informative, passionate and gave great recommendations when it came to appetizers and entrees. Her service was on point the entire time. Our food came out right away and all in all my husband really enjoyed our dinner. I would come back again without hesitation.

From the main menu, pasta/shrimp dish was excellent. Salmon on special was prepared excellently, but portion was on the small side. Prime Rib was prepared well, but cut of meat was not as tender as should be and lacking in flavor. Drink, appetizer, salad, and dessert were very good.

Like the pre-fixed dinner but have found the Prime Rib to be chewy and a thin piece of meat. Better to give a better slice of Prime Rib even if you have to upcharge a little. All of the rices are delicious.
I had a terrible experience in the past so I was reluctant to go here again, but much to My surprise the food was delicious and cooked perfectly. Management came over to acknowledge the terrible past and to my surprise did everything they could to make amends !!! Greg and Roger were outstanding and I'm looking forward to returning. Bravo to management

The food was excellent the service was slow to say the least. Service was excellent when they came around. You are not rushed so it took several hours for dinner. It was our anniversary and we were very well taken care of.
