Ordered the prime rib which was small and over done. It looked like is was thrown on a grill and charred instead of being sliced from a whole rib. It was like a prime rib yo get at a diner. Everything else was good

My family and I have a holiday tradition of going to Chart House, and it’s one I never want to give up! We had an amazing experience once again, especially with their special menu. The flight of mojitos was absolutely delicious! The firecracker shrimp and calamari were perfectly crispy and light, and the shrimp Fresca pasta was outstanding. And don’t even get me started on the crème brûlée dessert!!! incredible!
Everything was fantastic from start to finish. The team was so kind and welcoming; our server was attentive and genuinely thoughtful (I wish I had caught his name). The manager on 12/18 was also wonderful and very accommodating. Overall, we had an amazing time, thank you for another memorable holiday visit!

Had dinner with my mom for her birthday. The ambiance was nice. Our waitress was pleasant and patient. We did Not feel rushed (as some resturants tend to do). The food looked as good as it tasted. Portions were appropriate. I would definitely recommend the Chart House.

I love Chart House...been in 5 different places and was never disappointed but this time didn't have such great experience, our waiter didn't seem to understand what we wanted and we had to keep repeating to make sure we got what we wanted and no more or no less that what we were asking for. I usually get the flight for 2 and its usually very good, this time was supper sweet, one of the other drinks had no booze in it, waiter took plate before someone finished and kept going to my other guest asking if he was finished, which to me is a little disrespectful since we waited almost 45 minutes for her to come ask us if we wanted appetizers and then take orders for dinner.
