We had dinner at Chef Vola’s on 9/17/25 to celebrate my Birthday. What an excellent dinner and experience. The service is wonderful and our head waiter Anthony is a great guy who provides the best service. The food is beyond comparing it to another restaurant. My wife had the salmon with special sauces that she said was the best she ever had. The bone in veal parmigiana was the best I have ever had by far and there is no comparison.
