All four of us were very disappointed. No one really liked their meal. Bone in veal parm looked nice on the plate but had little flavor. One of us had a pasta trio, all three were bland white clam was almost tasteless not a fresh clam anywhere. For a place that is supposed to be special they should at least have fresh Parmesan cheese. Not a shaker on the table like you might find at your neighborhood pizza place. Overall it was overpriced and mostly tasteless. I will say the atmosphere is kinda cool as it is in an old house. Won’t be going back.

I hadn't been here in a long time, but went this past week. It was my dad's first time, and he was very pleased with everything! We were seated upstairs inside which offers the most space so I was happy about that. (If you're seated in the original basement dining room you get the full old school experience but it's tight there!) Food does take a while, but I'd rather that than be rushed. Our server Tommy was amazing too...no pressure from him in any way but still attentive to our needs. We got to chat with him a lot at the end of our meal which was great as he was into a lot of the same things as us and very genuine.
We had dinner at Chef Vola’s on 9/17/25 to celebrate my Birthday. What an excellent dinner and experience. The service is wonderful and our head waiter Anthony is a great guy who provides the best service. The food is beyond comparing it to another restaurant. My wife had the salmon with special sauces that she said was the best she ever had. The bone in veal parmigiana was the best I have ever had by far and there is no comparison. We had the blush pasta which also was outstanding. Our sincere gratitude to the Chef Vola staff for making my birthday extra special.

Just finished a wonderful dinner and it was very, very good. Super friendly and attentive wait staff. Food was really good and to please 5 young ladies is almost impossible but they did with flying colors. No question will return.

Chef vola is a great place for all occasions. Great food even greater staff and the best place to bring friends and family. It’s always consistent and quality food. You won’t find a place like this anywhere. Plan ahead and make reservations in advance. Fun great food and don’t look for a sign there is none just a house and great staff.
