No one greeted me at all, everyone looked angry at me for ordering one milkshake. No one should be treated this way.

Chicken is terrible, no seasoning and no quality. The star is just for the sauce

First off, this chicken tastes like the bland chicken sandwich you would get at school lunch. There is no flavor. The flavor is in the sauce only. I tried the OG wanting my first experience to be with the most popular item. It was trash. I've watched guy on TV for a very long time and have seen him go to so many awesome restaurants around the country and quite frankly, he should be embarrassed by what's being served up with his name attached. If you don't believe me, go here and try it. Don't say I didn't warn ya.

As I sit here forced to eat the worst chicken tenders ever because the food is so expensive I am extremely disappointed! I told my fiancé I’m sure the food is good because it’s Guy’s I should have kept my mouth closed these tenders taste like frozen chicken patty this is not a tender! Do better Guy! You are on TV doing food reviews & your serving this 😭😭 hurt my feelings!

Ordered three chicken tenders and the chicken sandwich with the avocado crema on it . Sandwich was good even though the chicken wasn't hot. Tenders were hot and over cooked. Liked the three sauces that we ordered and the 5.00 margaritas were way better then one you would get from Applebee's

Don't come expecting plump.chicken! It was seasoned well however and the fries were great!

This was the absolute nastiest thing I have tasted in a loooooong time. I don't know why all of the "tenders" have that thick layer of seasoning which is just Nashville without the oil but the "tenders" can only be described as being equivalent to a rubber flipper. The ONLY THING good were the fries. Guy should be arrested for putting his name on some crap like this after complimenting on others food and making a career out of it smh!!!!!!!

Over priced,$50 for 2 chicken sandwich combos. Had to ask for the drinks they didn’t provide them. Fries were cold. Not worth the money. Would not recommend.

So far, this is the worst restaurant in Harrah's. I'm not kidding, my wife and I don't waist food but we ordered and ate the food right there in the restaurant on the spot and it was bad, we cudnt finish it. It was expensive for no reason. If it was good, there would be no complaint, I'm expecting to be upcharged due to the location. But the chicken and the salad were no good. The salad had everything in the world mixed in it which at 1st seems like a good idea but it just doesn't work. We had to through it out, what a waste of money. Guy needs to do some quality assurance or something, I refused to believe he is OK with this product

Staff has to acknowledge customers, took them 5 min to put a paper in the window and ask to place order inside, while waiting homeless person comes into the store to refill his dirty cup at the soda machine to which employees said they feel bad” to say something , infection control

The chicken was delicious, but the fries was warm no hot no taste I spend $43 .79. A LITTLE pricey. It's ok but I don't back no more.
