Very good Vietnamese restaurant on Atlantic Avenue main drag. Nice wide area. Attentive and friendly staff & some of the best Vietnamese food we've had anywhere- plan to return as often as possible. Delicious fine noodles meal with 'lemongrass chicken, vegetables including beansprouts, onions, cilantro..! Really great! Delicious pork& shrimp spring rolls. Had terrific Vietnamese Coffee...looking forward to being there again soon! %^)

I would suggest people never come here , very bad service food is not traditional Vietnam food ,very rude manager at night . The pork was almost burnt. The soup was not a traditional Vietnamese broth…. The shrimp was some fake shrimp that looks like it came from China that they just bought out of a box and fried and threw it in the soup totally disgusted. I gave the manager an option that said before I write a review, here’s my business card at the manager during the day. call me or can I email him and he said no we don’t want your card. I also asked about if I had to bring a group of 20 people for a business function can I reserve that and he said no we don’t need that type of business it’s walk-ins only first come first serve I said I guess it’s better to take all my business to Pho Sydney your competitor and you said fine…do that… I would suggest everybody who read this just go to Pho Sydney do not waste your time ever going to this place

I got an alert from my credit that I got charged 32% tips from this restaurant. How would you include tips and have suggested tips percentage options at the bottom. Their service is rude and they threatened to give my table away. There is no way the owner doesn’t know we made a mistake when we check the suggested tip box. Next time when you charge additional tips on your customer, ask yourself does your service worth 32% tips. Such a dishonest restaurant. Avoid!

Food and service is very good. But you can’t just expect people who’s there FIRST TIME, to know that we will have to sign our name on the paper by the second door. It’s was really crowded when I walked in with 2 parties of 9. I can’t even see where the paper was. Overall experience was great thou.

As someone who has always loved Vietnamese noodles, this is the first time I’ve ever experienced such unfriendly service. The owner treated us in such an unpleasant way that it left me shocked. I ordered the shrimp pho, but it was overly greasy and had a very strong smell. When I asked to change it, they didn’t even show a hint of apology.
Because of that, I felt upset but still paid—and they charged us for the food we didn’t even touch!

I’m really angry. At any other normal restaurant, wouldn’t they at least ask why the customer doesn’t want the food? Or why they’re paying for something they didn’t eat? Any decent restaurant would at least show some regret when taking your money.

We've been coming for years. The renovation is nice, but the prices have increased and it seems like the portions decreased. Pho soup had less noodles and shrimp summer roll was smaller.
