The food was outstanding, particularly the umami sea bass, and the atmosphere was perfect for an early dinner with my husband and adult son. The one criticism we had was the inattentive service. We spent close to $500 and the service was worse than we've experienced at our local Olive Garden. I've dined at several Nobu restaurants and the service was well below what I've come to expect.

Nobu kicked off an awesome celebratory evening for us at Caesar's. We were generously seated near the window and could see the ocean waves through the dark across the boardwalk. It was beautiful (several selfies and pics taken). We started with a cocktail that I am pretty sure changed my life (Grapefruit on the Rocks) and had the recommended starters, sushi rolls and dessert. Our server, Ivy was so helpful, patient and happy to help us with our birthday celebration. It was everything we could have wanted. Thank you so much!

Always love the client services at Nobu. We had Holly and she's amazing, kind, attentive, outgoing, informative and professional. And special thanks to the runners, Eric and Devin. Always so kind and helpful as always. We always remember them and seeing them around. And last but not least, the manager, Ryan, came over to ask how was our dining experiences and was very friendly and kind as well. Thank you all for your amazing hospitality and making our Thanksgiving dinner so memorable. As for the food, everything is always so delicious and fresh at Nobu. As you can see from our pictures, we always order our usual, from sashimi, spicy creamy crabs, miso cods, squid pasta and the steak was all on point. As for desserts, we love the chestnut cheesecake and the chocolate soufflee with green tea ice cream. Keep up the amazing work and thank you all for having us again.

While Nobu in Vegas was a much better experience, Nobu AC is solid option if you're in AC. Food overall was good (would recommend avoiding the artichoke salad however...one of the only things I've tried and not liked at Nobu), ambience is nice, and the ocean is a nice backdrop. Servers are very knowledgeable about the menu options, and are attentive. Would recommend if you plan to visit AC.

Wonderful culinary experience! Hostess at door was very welcoming! We were received with a warm hello from the kitchen members as we were walking into restaurant! Service was superb! To do again for all of us! We loved our experience at Nobu!

My fiance went there for his bachelor celebration they waited thirty min to be seated with a reservation, then not a single piece of food hit the table until another 35 minutes. All he wanted was salmon belly nigiri and they were out of every single selection of fish belly nigiri. It took over two hours for them to be served four pieces of sushi. What was supposed to be a celebration night was completely ruined.

Save your money! This particular Nobu is an embarrassment to the chain. As a globally known enterprise, this one runs poorly. The food is mediocre at best. The service was short of neglectful and the manager when asked to step in sounded more like a child making excuses for a bad scene instead of taking charge and owning up to the lacking of service and experience. I left hungry and paid through the roof for what should have been an enjoyable evening. “Wanna go to Nobu?” Answer, “no boo”
