While Nobu in Vegas was a much better experience, Nobu AC is solid option if you're in AC. Food overall was good (would recommend avoiding the artichoke salad however...one of the only things I've tried and not liked at Nobu), ambience is nice, and the ocean is a nice backdrop. Servers are very knowledgeable about the menu options, and are attentive. Would recommend if you plan to visit AC.
Wonderful culinary experience! Hostess at door was very welcoming! We were received with a warm hello from the kitchen members as we were walking into restaurant! Service was superb! To do again for all of us! We loved our experience at Nobu!
The gelato looked so good that I couldn’t resist getting a double scoop. Unfortunately it looked better than it actually was. It wasn’t bad, it was just mediocre. Price was pretty high, which is too be expected for a snack shop inside of a casino, and I wouldn’t even complain about the price if the taste matched the presentation.
Also the only place you can eat it is in the common areas, which are all very crowded.
