The service is terrible. Ordered food and 2 hours later they “tried” to deliver my food. They left with it since, I was standing there the guy look at me never got out of his car to give me the food and left. A blue Honda car with loud music and tinted windows. Not even the dominos sign on it and not even the guy was wearing the uniform. I called the store about the situation they marked delivered to my food and I never received. They put me on hold multiple times, the guys was supposed to returned with the food and took another 20 to arrived. I took the food and never eat it and we threw it away. People trust your gut! They saying they were calling me and never had a single called. Horrible customer service!

The delivery drivers are super sassy when it comes to tips for sum reason. I already tipped a few and they catch a attitude when I can't tip more. Why would I tip when the wings are ordered are soggy and raw? No way!

Customer service was TERRIBLE. Driver cried about a tip and called me cheap/names before I could even give him a CASH tip. Called and complained, workers over the phone were completely rude as well and kept speaking over me. I drove in person to get a refund and the delivery driver threw my receipt at me.
I can understand if I was rude first to these individuals or was distasteful, however, their behavior was completely unprovoked. Save your money and time. Order from a Domino’s that doesn’t have entitled and disrespectful workers.

I visited this dominos on Jan 11th 2025 at 10:40 pm. ordered a medium pizza and chicken pasta asked for oreganos, Parmesan and chill flakes. Nothing is available expect chilli flakes. They gave me a packet of chilli flakes, usually I eat more spicy so I asked for one more extra packet. They told that it’s not free and they charged me 80 cents for one small packet of chilli flakes.
I have been having dominos from past 10 years, always I get free chili flakes, this is the first restaurant who charged me for this.
Dear manger, I will email this complaint to dominos customer care and I will let them know about ur staff unprofessional behaviour and about this charges.
