We were guest at the Resorts Hotel. On Nov 22, 2025 I ordered online some breakfast. My husband went to pick up the order. When he came to the room, out of 4 items 1 was missing. When he went to the DD again. The ladies weren't busy, a different person checked the receipt and gave my husband the donut that was missing. They were rather ridiculed that my husband went back there for the missing donut. The lady who handed the order in first place was there but did not attempt to apologize. By the way, did I mention about the CINNAMON RAISIN BAGEL with cream cheese. It looked funny and tasted like I was eating an antique bagel!

Coffee taste like water I paid over $5 dollars for a extra large coffee and got hot water older hit water and expensive I ever paid in my life the crazy thing is this is my 4 times and it’s the same thing every time they bagels are old too omg I think this is the worse dunking in the world they should loose their license they are giving bad names for the company all they want is your cash they don’t understand people paying money to get coffee not hot water

This place sells watery coffee they use it twice to save money always coffee old on red. Bagels from 2 -3 days old mouses all over the back room disgusting nasty staff with attitude broken English hardly to understand what they saying no gloves touching their nose coffee pots unclean always dirty they only worry about taking your cash so stay away from this place and safe yourself headache and getting sick

My family was on vacation at the resort oceans in NJ. On the last day we were going to get dunking before our road trip home. We went to the Dunkin located in the resort, but decided we were going to get on the road after seeing how long the line was and that the prices were more expensive. We got to the other Dunkin about 10 minutes away and I put in a mobile order but accidentally had this location selected. We had already checked out of the hotel and would’ve had to pay to get back in so I figured I’d just call them. Two weeks later, I’ve been calling them every other day and no answer EVERYDAY. I called the resort but because the Dunkin is individually owned they cannot do anything about it. It’s ridiculous that 1 I cannot cancel my order 2 I didn’t get an automatic refund or call after my order wasn’t picked up FOR HOURS 3 this place hasn’t called me back nor answered their phone for TWO ENTIRE WEEKS. All I want is a refund.

I placed a mobile pick up at this location, while on vacation and my croissant tasted like cinnamon and the service was terrible. Unfriendly and miserable. I hate work too, but dang.
