The General Manager Marie is so nice and its sad her workers take advantage of her😭😭😭 She refuses to fire them because she has such a good heart🤔🤔🤔 Some of those foreigners are very disrespectful and not even sanitary🤦🤦🤦 I feel if they got new workers this location would be very clean👍👍👍 The only other worker who is also nice and sweet is this lady named Gwendolyn but other than Marie and Gwendolyn the other workers need to go

The service was better than I expected given its near tourist attractions. Despite being busy the staff got my order ready quickly. What I did not like was the fact that someone was allowed to stand near the entrance and harass everyone for money as they entered and exited.

I have been to This Dunkin 2 years ago they had really crappy service and still have really crabby. I wouldn't go thru ever again and on top of bad service they even got my order all messed up and I couldn't get it fixed because we had hurried away from this place to get on with our planes then did I realize wrong coffee they had served us but we were too far to corrected by then
