New manager is great, no large crowds outside anymore loitering. The 3 stars on the atmosphere is mainly do to the location not the inside

I had an ok experience the food was ok. The cashier made a mistake but she corrected it, by giving us an extra doughnut. There condiment station was a mess, the trash was overflowing and there were napkins.Parking: There was okay parking. Just a few spots were available

Store was dirty and they just opened. We order a large and medium coffee. The large coffee, we received a small and tasted like hot water. All they did was pour the coffee in a larger cup. The medium coffee lid had a coffee stain where it must have linked or spilled from a previous coffee. Had to ask for a replacement lid. The everything bagel with cream cheese was 4 out of 10 and maple bacon sandwich was a 4 out of 10. Service: the lady in the front was not welcoming. But the lady who made the sandwich's was pleasant and was the only one who smiled.

Horrible service. They got orders confused and then got nasty when told. 5 workers present and still over a 20 minute wait and they still could not get the orders right.
