It's not crowded like the ones in the Casino people are nice.

Gigantic line out the door and they don't tell anyone until you get to the counter that they have no sandwiches. Made the drink wrong, no napkins available. Just horrible on every level.

2 am & DD in Bally's is CLOSED! Now, I have nothing to eat until 11 am tomorrow! DD sucks here! Supposed to be open 24 hrs!!!

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. For years, there service has been horrible, but my most recent experience is where I draw the line. I went to this location twice in one day and they told me that I couldn't order food. The first time they said their cook was on break, as I watched four other employees not working at all! The second time, they informed me that they don't serve food until 7am, but it's supposed to be a 24 hour location. I am absolutely appalled!

I don't know what happened to this Dunkin donuts, they should be fully stocked with sandwiches throughout the night. What if someone gets hungry and wants a sandwich and gets told there are no sandwiches left and you will have to wait 20 minutes. Smh. The worker's seem very lazy. You never tell a customer NO, you say it will take 20 minutes would you like to wait? Horrible

Worst Dunkin ever !! No food or donuts at 715am on a week day. They don’t take the ap !! Also the cashier sits behind register and ya can’t hear him speak. Very sad / Rude. Would recommend that this location gets a new owner / staff
Also FYI , I don’t make a habit of doing reviews so this must be a sad place

Sketchy area. Guy behind counter was a good guy, hard worker. Donuts seem not as good as I remember. I was disappointed.

I’m not sure that there is a slower Dunkin’ on this planet. I waited so long I came for breakfast and ended up ordering lunch!! If it wasn’t for the comp, I’d never come here.
