The worst experience I’ve ever had!
The man there is super rude, as he doesn’t even want to work ! Hardly he talked and served!
I asked him many questions and he’s like not in the mood ! Every tome I asked for something he doesn’t have.
I told him i have a reward scans he said “ you don’t read ? “ we don’t have!
Okay i understand that they don’t have but let’s make the responded more professional!!
When i made the order i told him what i want and he is run in all the dunats to get what i want !
When the coffee done he said go there in rudely way !
I never recommend it at all !!

This place I have been coming to Bally's for 2 most and it never fails to amaze me that the food (if they even have something because they are always out of things for weeks at a time) but the food is always a problem, never cooked right, as for the hot tea how hard is it to make exactly what you order? It's on a little slip today the kid read it back to me and all, I get tired of putting this much money out I took the tea back downstairs & I asked for it to get remade, well I heard the 2 young kids talking about it & they tried to put the flavors into it and laughed, I said please can you remake it? He said oh you want it to be remade? (Mind you he is the one I asked to have it remade) So I watched him put the milk in first & I said aren't you supposed to put the milk in first, he said oh & I watched him he didn't put the milk in another cup to finish, he then put the flavors in, he put in one flavor of 2 I asked for and again I said aren't you supposed to put the tea in first? He said no this is how we don't, I am so pissed off that the tea is never hot and never made correct, I am paying almost $6 for a tea and tea is even to hard for these kids. They are all young have no clue what they are doing, they put the food right on the counter cross contaminate I watched every step they made today & they all think it's funny when they mess up, they had not one donut on the shelf at 7:45am I am sure I'm not the only one that sees all this going on, I paid over $100 for my family of 4 and it just sucked, I walked to the check in desk and asked who do I talk to about this and nobody knows anything, someone heard me and told me there's a woman that's management there so I'm here for another couple days I will return later when I see there is someone else in there to talk to about this situation. I don't ask for much but this is just ridiculous & if we all keep going there and not talking up this is what service & product we will get. It's not rocket science. This is just my thoughts and some of my complaints, I just hope to be able to talk to someone today about this because this has gone on way to long

The owner needs to get it together on top that they charge you almost 6 dollar's for a gatorade they never have food or a cook like if they were making you steaks or something went last night there was no cream cheese today no cook shelves empty no donuts nothing and this is a all time thing not one time.

Slooowwww!!! If you have time to kill, this is your place. If you don't, look elsewhere for coffee. They don't accept payments through any rewards program, Ballys or Dunkin.

The Indian lady at the cashier is super rude. I gave her my player card to pay for my breakfast with points and she smirked and said very little and chuckled. I told her money is money whats the issue? Then i told her to cut my bagel in the middle then she said “they don’t do that” I told her are you sure because every Dunkin does that and she then said again “they don’t”. The funny part was, her manager was right next to her observing everything she did (African American lady) and didn’t say a word…. After i received my bagel, it was rock solid. It was not toasted at all as requested, and tasted stale. This place is a joke to the Dunkin franchise and should be investigated. Unlesss your on a rush, i would definitely avoid this place at all costs…

You have literally got to be kidding me. There must be a cream cheese shortage as my partner’s looked exactly the same. Cheap, sloppy, a total lack of care from the employees.

Poor management. Coffees come out quick. Had to ask where our food was after 25 minutes, as did everyone in front of us. They had no idea it was supposed to be made. Had to give our order all over again to the kid making it, as did everyone else. Many people returned to the counter to have their food/drinks corrected, which made the area very congested and disorganized.

The most amazing woman Ms. Tamikya Dill was sooooo hospitable, courteous and professional…. Let alone soothing to the establishment. I was going through a tough time and her personality was somewhat unreal. She express her passion for the company and was had to sit down and writ this!!!! She’s a gem!!!!

I would like to thanks all stuff morning and evenings definitely starting from managements, also I would like to thank the seasonal All the summer Girls actually yesterday was the last day we will miss you wonderful stuff .
