Awesome!!! Alexis was adept sharp and provided the BEST service to my wife and I!!! Totally best place to visit out of everywhere in Tropicana!! I highly recommend this spot!! Don’t miss out!!

Was here for 3 nights for a convention during the week, there was literally no one in the entire trop...I am a 7 stars member and the best service I got in 30 years was from Jenna at Firewater's...seriously, she understood what white glove customer service was/is and should be rewarded appropriately for that. Kudos!

We had some pre-dinner drinks and took advantage of happy hours $5 drink list. Lauren took excellent care of the bar and was very tentative to everyone there. Very friendly and an excellent bartender. Thank you for the Moscow mules and LIT’s 😉. Highly recommend to visit on your stay.

An instant favorite bar of mine now! My friend took us here while visiting Tropicana and my first time in AC in a long time. I'll make sure to stop again every time. After paying outrageous prices for drinks at casinos, it was refreshing to get great drinks for literally half the price we paid earlier at another casino bar. The bartenders were very prompt and fun to talk to. It wasn't too busy for a Friday night in April but we enjoyed the atmosphere while watching a hockey game on the TVs. Love this bar!

This little bar is on the bottom floor of the Tropicana. We ordered a turkey club. It was good. We also ordered Corona beer with lime. The beers were cold, which we love. The staff were attentive and friendly. I would return again.

“Short-King” bartender in the cowboy hat was crazy rude & dismissive. He was on some power trip as soon as we sat down. We sat in a local’s seat, apparently, and he freaked out, so we left because of him. Super uninviting atmosphere in general.

Absolutely love Firewaters and return every time we stay at Tropicana to start and end our evenings out. The bartender Lauren is lovely and attentive and great conversation. Make sure you stop by!

Advertise 69 draft beers but only 19 on the menu. When I asked if there was a beer list, the bartender pointed to the 19 listed. First choice was not available. Picked another from the visible and legible taps. Miss the past visits when they actually had a list of all beers on tap.

Service was slow at best. The first 3 beers I asked for were kicked and the bartender told me the tap list was from a few days ago. Atmosphere and the entertainment were good, but the service knocks it down a few notches. I've been here several times, but this last visit was the worst...seems to go down each time I visit.

Bartender chooses who to serve first, even when both parties agreed who was there first. "Manager" with a DOOR uniform shirt brought drinks over because of "altercation", which consisted of us simply stating we were next....so when he brought them over, we refused them, left casino, and proceeded to spend $100s at another property. Piss poor service, piss poor "management".

Annalise saved our late night! We went to Ginrickey, bartender said he would be right back, 10mins later still didn’t return. We tried Hooters for food and drinks. We were sat for 15mins, 2 tables after us came in and got drinks and we were never greeted. We went to Firewaters and Annalise said she would be right with us, only bartender on, came back in just a few minutes. She’s so friendly kept checking on us even with a bunch of other bar guests. We had a great night thanks to her!

In AC for a conference. Waitress/bartender brought the tab and over charged us by several beers. When we asked for an itemized receipt she got mad. She then proceeded to escalate the situation when we told her we had not drank all those beers and she demanded we leave. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Do not recommend this bar. I do recommend everyone get an itemized receipt everywhere you go because we were overcharged several places while here.
