Service was slow at best. The first 3 beers I asked for were kicked and the bartender told me the tap list was from a few days ago. Atmosphere and the entertainment were good, but the service knocks it down a few notches. I've been here several times, but this last visit was the worst...seems to go down each time I visit.

Bartender chooses who to serve first, even when both parties agreed who was there first. "Manager" with a DOOR uniform shirt brought drinks over because of "altercation", which consisted of us simply stating we were next....so when he brought them over, we refused them, left casino, and proceeded to spend $100s at another property. Piss poor service, piss poor "management".

Annalise saved our late night! We went to Ginrickey, bartender said he would be right back, 10mins later still didn’t return. We tried Hooters for food and drinks. We were sat for 15mins, 2 tables after us came in and got drinks and we were never greeted. We went to Firewaters and Annalise said she would be right with us, only bartender on, came back in just a few minutes. She’s so friendly kept checking on us even with a bunch of other bar guests. We had a great night thanks to her!

In AC for a conference. Waitress/bartender brought the tab and over charged us by several beers. When we asked for an itemized receipt she got mad. She then proceeded to escalate the situation when we told her we had not drank all those beers and she demanded we leave. Worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Do not recommend this bar. I do recommend everyone get an itemized receipt everywhere you go because we were overcharged several places while here.

Cool country spot. Only visited during off hours, so can't say much but it's decorated really nice.

Had a great evening here drinking beer. They have an extensive selection of beer on tap to choose from. The night we went they had live entertainment that was just OK but fun. The staff here is very friendly and we had some laughs with them through the evening. We will definitely go back when at the Trop.

I’m a country boy, and I really enjoyed Doug Kaetz’s live music being performed. Took a bit to get served, but it’s alright, i’m a country boy. Don’t flatter yourself cowboy, I was only looking at your horse. Zach, signing off!

What you’d expect for a country themed bar, the “sweet savage” poster with a naked indigenous lady on a horse was a bit off putting

Good food. Sports bar atmosphere.Our service was good.Had one server working.Dual role of bartender/ watress .Only negatives that I can say is even though it was only Wednesday, you are at the start of summer vacation more servers are needed and running out of hamburger buns and losing customers to not being able to get service
