Service was slow at best. The first 3 beers I asked for were kicked and the bartender told me the tap list was from a few days ago. Atmosphere and the entertainment were good, but the service knocks it down a few notches. I've been here several times, but this last visit was the worst...seems to go down each time I visit.
Annalise saved our late night! We went to Ginrickey, bartender said he would be right back, 10mins later still didn’t return. We tried Hooters for food and drinks. We were sat for 15mins, 2 tables after us came in and got drinks and we were never greeted. We went to Firewaters and Annalise said she would be right with us, only bartender on, came back in just a few minutes. She’s so friendly kept checking on us even with a bunch of other bar guests. We had a great night thanks...
Had a great evening here drinking beer. They have an extensive selection of beer on tap to choose from. The night we went they had live entertainment that was just OK but fun. The staff here is very friendly and we had some laughs with them through the evening. We will definitely go back when at the Trop.
