Everything was great only down fall you can hear the bar up stairs. There was a game on and you can hear everyone screaming, which is fine, but if you want a quiet dinner then be aware. Food was great and loved the experience.
Amazing service, food was great!!! Staff was super friendly and accomodating! Second tine visiting a Hells Kitchen location and nothing but professionalism and excellent menu!! Will return soon!
We were sadly disappointed in our first trip to Hell's Kitchen. Parking on a Saturday night was tricky and $20 because Hell's Kitchen does not validate parking. Nobu, also in Caesar's does. The best thing our table experienced was the Tuna tar tar appetizer. The beef Wellington was good but not the culinary experience we expected (plating was very lack luster). The lobster risotto was disappointing. The lobster tail was very (think jumbo shrimp size) small. At a $30 price tag for an appetizer, it was clearly a profit only dish. Service was ok. Dillion did a good job but the minute a food runner “auctions” food at the table I am turned off. Know your customer numbers at each table. Serving 101. Not an inexpensive meal and if we are paying those prices there are better options in South Jersey.
Service and atmosphere was awesome. Food and drinks? Only so so. The mashed potatoes had no taste, and a huge spoonful of sour cream on top. The macaroni and cheese was dry and not tasty. The filet i had was done perfectly and was the best part of the meal. The dessert selection needs more to choose from. The cheesecake was ok. Sorry, but I won't go back.
The meal was delish. Everyone was super nice and wished me a happy birthday. We got to try the main things and here's what I recommend: wagyu meatballs were fantastic (nice acidity, good mix of flavors, cheese complimented the savory aspect), beef Wellington (it melted in my mouth and I dont normally like the taste of mushrooms however I didnt mind it at all), sticky toffee pudding (I'm diabetic and had to remind myself to stop eating after 3 bites - it wasnt too sweet, nor sticky but perfect blend and fulfilling)
Scallops were half scallops not whole. As if they were cut in half Came out almost instantly. How do you make risotto so fast? Pea purée tasteless. Food wasn't hot. Lobster on risotto was over cooked. Rubbery. Beef Wellington was not flaky at all. Soggy. Blah. Burrata salad was very good. Excellent sweet to tomatoes. We will not go back.
Just expected more from the main course. Beef Wellington was good but not worth the price. My brick chicken was just ok. Way too Much sweet potato hash that wasn't even that tasted. Chicken was ok. Oysters .. fab. Lobster risotto was the highlight
This meal was fulfilling to my stomach and soul. I was able to actually taste the food and ingredients bc it was put together masterfully! Matt our server was simply the best and knew his stuff. The Chef who graced me with that lobster risotto, wow wow wow and thank you! Can't wait to return. risotto
I can honestly say that everything was very good, not outstanding, which was a little disappointing. The scallops were very small and some pieces, lobster risotto was very good. I expected the beef wellington to be amazing, but it was very good. We did the food and wine pairing and for that the service was off. But our server was very nice, I wish I could remember her name. I would probably try other restaurants in Atlantic City before going back.
I have been staying in the Caesars in Atlantic City and Vegas for years and have never tried Hell's Kitchen. Largely because many said it was overrated. I have failed myself for years. I booked a reservation online for my husband's 45th birthday. We chose the 10:00 pm slot because of other events we had going on during the day. The energy at 10:00 pm was just as stellar as if we had booked a reservation when the restaurant first opened. The ambience was set just right with the lights turned down low. Our server was attentive and helped us enjoy our experience. We ordered several items and not one let us down. I had to ask the server if Chef Ramsay was in the back preparing the food himself! We enjoyed the crab cake which had zero filler and a pea puree. The crispy skin salmon on a bed of black lentils-MY GOODNESS the flavor was like a party for the palette. We also had a Caesar salad with aged parmesan chips-unlike any other salad I have had. Lastly, we devoured the mac and cheese which had crumbled prosciutto on top and melted cheeses. To end the night, the server was kind enough to bring my husband a spice cake with caramel, a scoop of ice-cream and a candle. The price of everything was surprisingly fair considering the amount of food we enjoyed. I have to make it my goal to return here EVERYTIME I am in the city. Try it out!

The service, food, decor were all excellent! From arriving at the desk to check-in, the 2 young ladies were warm and welcoming to the amazing service we received from Maksim, to the absolute delicious meal that was prepared by the Chef and his team were second to none.
This was my 5th time @ Hells Kitchen. I was disappointed even though I made a reservation way in advance on Open table I wasn't seated until forty five minutes later. I also suggest that they have more entrees It's so repetitive. You need a variety. It's time for maybe some specials or different types of entrees
This is the third time I have been there in 2024; the food is amazing. i don't even care or like oysters, and I order them here and they taste so so good. every seafood is out of this world, the lobster risotto is amazing, and the even the beef wellington which i firs tried on my third visit. was amazing. they even moved our table to a better lit area upon request because they were so intent to make us happy. staff was amazing and joyful. if you appreciate a high-end dinner. you must go.,
The meal was incredible. My wife and I had Lobster Risotto for an appetizer. Beef Wellington and the Braised Short Ribs for an entree and the Peanut Butter pie for dessert. Everything was excellent. Definitely the place to go if you want to impress your guest. I would drive the 2 plus hours just to go to dinner there! The service was exceptional. Completely on point. All of the wait staff worked as a team and waited on us hand and foot but were never intrusive. It was amazing and I would give it a 10 out of 5 stars because it was outstanding!
I'm a huge fan of the show & was very disappointed. None of the food was as described or up to the standards. Risotto had too much cheese & lobster was overcooked. The scallops were all different thickness, sizes & cooked time. Some were rubbery & overcooked. Potato puree needed salt & pastry wrap around wellington was extremely greasey. The best thing was the sticky toffee cake dessert with homemade ice cream and caramel sauce. That was WOW & what I had hoped all the food should have tasted. Service was slow. 2 tables that were seated after us & after our apetizers received their food before us. This was a huge deal for me, a special splurge that normally could never have been affordable if not for my family pooling their money together for my birthday. Very disappointed.
